Not worth the money

It is a really nice vacuum. I really love it because it’s cordless.but it’s the battery issue for me.

Vacuuming is a total breeze with the Dyson. Tip-refrain from using the max suction setting when you can, as it’ll preserve battery life (and regular suction gets the job done, even with 3 pets).

I have been cleaning houses for years for others using theirs. I finally purchased my very own. Picks up everything in its path. For carpet or hardwood floors. Awesome!

Exceeded expectations

It’s very quiet compared to most vacuums and more effective than I expected. Very good at picking up pet hair. At about 5 lbs the hand held mode can be a little hard on the wrist but overall it exceeded my expectations.

This is the one vacuum cleaner we have found that can pick up his fur. It is light, easy to use and effective on floors, carpet and furniture. It is a great value!

For the price which isn’t too bad(although pricier than shark and other cheaper vacuums) it’s great value that can’t be beaten. This is actually my second time purchasing this model. It picks up what other models and companies products miss.

I velcroed a flashlight to the rod to put more light on the floor. Cleaning is easy. I would like adjustable height because I an 5’ and old.
