Wow Dyson really is worth it1

This is my first Dyson product and now I finally realize what the big fuss was about for an expensive product. This doesn't even compare with other vacuums. Lightweight, battery lasts a long time, and it moves around so easily. love that it has a regular mode and a power mode that i'm sure uses more battery so it's up to me how long the battery will last. Now I have a better understanding of Dyson and want the hair dryer now!

I have to vacuum super fast then go back and charge it back up again. For the price, it should hold a charge of an hours AT LEAST.

Great cordless vacuum!

I like the V8 fine but couldn't give it the five stars because it is a little heavy - not much but a little. Also it doesn't empty as easily but I appreciate the YouTube help.

Decent vacuum, terrible battery life

However the battery life is atrocious! After a full charge (4 hours) it only last about 7-8 minutes before completely dead. Couldnt even vacuum my entire house before dying. Completed my stairs and had to recharge to do the reset of the house.

Your Dyson V8™ cordless offers two powerful suction modes - regular and MAX. MAX provides a boost of suction for larger debris or more stubborn messes. This mode should not be utilized for your everyday cleaning, as it will only give you about 7 minutes of run time. Regular suction is generally suitable for every household, and gives up to 40 minutes of run time (30 when using a motorized tool).
