It works so great and is perfect for cleaning up little messes. So easy to use and slim for storage. I’ll never use another vacuum after I’ve found this one. It’s so powerful.

One con, the fact that you have to hold in the trigger to power it which seems trivial unless you have small hands. It rubbed my thumb wrong and made it super red and sore. The only other con was the attachments. Wasn't impressed.

This store is absolutely fabulous to work with in a very technical world and extremely convenient. Absolutely horrible design

I am so disappointed at a 14 day return policy because it is 16 days after purchase and is completely worthless. Ive had 6 dysons since 2007 and this will be the last one i ever buy. Hold the trigger down or buy an adapter on amazon just to use it. It only works well on turbo mode, which apparently kills a full battery in 8 minutes. Its just a terrible product. Maybe ok for a $90 vacuum but a $300? Nope. This vacuum is a pay for the brand name trap.

I love that you can flatten it out to pick up things under chairs without having to move them. The battery lasts a decent amount, but I do wish I didn't have to charge it as often. BUT - not having cords while you're vacuuming is the BEST!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was super excited for a cordless Dyson (this was my 2nd Dyson - first one (upright) lasted nearly 9 yrs!). Sadly, it is going back because I don't mind a little weight to my vacuum, but for the money, this unit was seriously disappointing. Pros: Lightweight, cordless, maneuverability, suction. Cons: Lightweight (doesn't feel like its 'vacuuming'), have to hold button down entire time (I realize this is to save battery life) - which causes a hand cramp if you're doing whole-house vacuuming, roller stops suddenly when vacuuming higher-pile rugs, battery at full charge only lasts 30-40 mins and that's rarely using the high-suction mode, attachments are a nuisance and emptying it 4x while vacuuming is not for me. Perhaps more suited for a 2-room apartment... Not worth the money.
