I've been using Dyson's cordless vacuums since they were first announced. The very first iteration was an incredible breakthrough in cordless vacuums with its unique design and great (for the time) performance. Some years later I purchased the V6 when it was released since I wanted longer battery life and more suction for the hair left around the house by our cats. We used the V6 on a daily basis until the battery would barely hold a charge (this took years to happen). During this recent Black Friday, Best Buy had an incredible deal on the V8 Animal that I couldn't pass up! The V8 has a MUCH better disposal system, a MUCH improved motorized head design for animal hair and SAME suction power on low as the V6 had on high which means INCREDIBLE battery life!! Although the V10 might be the latest and greatest with a large bin and even longer battery life, don't discount the V8. It's amazing!

The v8 functions really well for home use as well as use in the car. The different attachments allow for easy cleaning of various household items and floors. It is more than capable of cleaning around the house, Even cleaning the different attachments is easy.

Honestly the best vacuum we’ve ever had. I would 100% recommend, makes picking up dog hair so much easier. Very easy to clean and use. Just make sure you use ‘Max’ mode when truly needed, or else you’ll drain the battery quickly.

Dyson is top notch! This was a gift that friend was 'blown away' by. Picks up EVERYthing from their hardwood floors, including dog hair. Long run time, easy to empty -- no getting hands dirty doing so, and lightweight.

The Dyson V8 is great! I ordered it to pick up kitty litter and cat food and it works great!

We're a bit hesitant at first getting this but the wife wanted a more lighter vacuum and I do like the idea of it being cordless. Product is great we use it almost every other day. Zero issues since we got it last year.

Well worth the price. I have had this Dyson for several years and it works just as great as the day I got it. I used it every day, several times a day, still going strong!

Our larger Dyson was a bit to big and heavy for our new hardwood floors. This unit allows quick, cordless use for minor spills or to cover tree entire first floor. Lightweight and full of attachments, we've used it extensively for everything from dust webs to furniture.

When I came out of the store, the Dyson rep, walked by me, and said enjoy our product, it is our Best model. He was right it works like a Champ!!! Ver powerful and very lite. Use it all the time.

When I bought first generation vacuum cleaner, my wife and I was disappointed with the battery life. Now this has long battery life and good suction power. There is no doubt that dyson is all time satisfaction. we love this product.

It is lightweight. It has excellent suction. Love the swivel on the head. Wish it could go under the couch or table. The stick does not bend. Over all happy with it ad i csn vacuum all 3 floors quickly.

Love the other attachments even though at first I didn’t think I would really use. Easy and simple to put together or disassemble to clean. You can go their site for vids if you need help with anything

Worth every penny. Quick battery usage when running on high suction but longer lasting on the lower setting. It does take 5 hours to fully charge. Still REALLY good at picking up debris and dirt.

This was the best investment that I have made in a while. Easy to use and maintain. As a senior this is the best vacuum cleaner for the price. It's easy to maneuver and most of all it does a great job for the price. LOVE IT ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am very happy with the quality of the vacuum. It’s fairly easy to empty out. Directions to empty the canister could be a bit better, clear stepped photos would be better. It’s also fairly expensive even on sale. I hope it will be very reliable, but so far it works very well for small rooms or quick clean ups.

Probably the best I have ever used. Price is steep, but its of great quality, and easy to clean, so I believe it will retain its full suction power for almost all of its useful life. Careful putting it on super suction mode, or you'll only get around 20 minutes of battery.

This is the best thing I ever bought for my home. I was debating between an iRobot or a cordless Dyson. It all came down to the fact that I can use the Dyson vacuum between my chair and table legs as well as the stairs. Most importantly this bad boy is perfect for when I have to vacuum my car. It’s portable and not too heavy to lug around. Dumping out debris from the container is super easy and the battery holds a good charge for a quick 30-minute vacuum. I have a Dyson ball vacuum and that does the job for thick carpet and for long cleaning jobs. The think the Dyson cordless is great for floors. It doesn’t seem to have the same suction as the Dyson ball but I didn’t expect it would. Overall, I’d recommend this to anyone.

Amazed at how easy it is! Having the smaller attachment is a great plus for the car or special areas. My wife loves it! Also easy to clean out!

Light weight, easy to use, and does a great job. I actually don't mind vacuuming anymore
