Stopped Working

Best Buy wouldn't help at all since I didn't buy the service plan and Dyson told me to go back and take it up with Best Buy. Terrible service all around. I am done shopping at Best Buy - much better off with Amazon as their customer service is far superior.

Works great on the stairs and the dust cup empties with a latch pull. It even scrapes hair off of the filter element when you empty it. My wife was skeptical about the price, but I get to be right… this time!

Not worth it

Had to return in store, unfortunately. There are cheaper alternatives with the same function. Was even told by Best Buy that people return this because of battery issues.

Worst Vacuum Ever!!!

Worst vacuum I’ve ever used. Battery lasts 20 min. My house is all wood floors other than 3 low profile area rugs. Can even clean the rugs without getting stuck. Very disappointed after coming from the corded Shark version of this vacuum.

It's tiring. Also a little heavier than I expected. It cleans well though and I love not dragging a cannister-type around. Not sure I'd buy it again. Maybe look for a different upright vacuum.
