    Bought this on sale. Wife loves it. Great design. Runs for about 20-30 minutes. Has HEPA filter. Everything about this product is amazing. Comes with several attachments as well!

    This machine works...very well. We have dogs and one cat in the house; plus barn clothes and boots; and the dirt and sand and hairs are just all gone.

    Easy to install, stays charged for days, attachments easily can be exchanged. I love this Dyson, picks up the kitty litter and hair with ease, run it over the tile floor to pick up messes.

    Best investment ever!! Don't know why I waited so long to purchase one. If you hate sweeping, or vacuuming with them old school vaccuums- get a Dyson.

    This is not a vacuum to use in your whole house. I have a small house (1150 sq ft) with hardwood floors and when new, with a full charge, it wouldn’t last the whole job. I could get through the kitchen with floor mats and the living room before it ran out of juice. The vacuum is a little over 2 years old and the battery has completely died. I still like it for small jobs and ordered a new battery. For large jobs and extended use I still have to pull out the corded vacuum.

      Hello Glen, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're glad to hear that in your use, you've found the V8 Animal cord-free to be so effective at quick pick-ups around your home. Your vacuum will come with standard and Max power modes. Our cordless models also have a run-time enhancing light touch trigger which ensures battery power is only used when the trigger is pushed. In Max power run time will be up to 7 minutes, and in standard power, you can expect run times of up to 30-40 minutes depending on which tool or attachments you are using. Having a shorter run time does sound unusual, and we'd value the opportunity to go over your machine with you.
