Better off flushing money down toilet

First it wasn’t keeping charge then flat out stop working. All after 15 days so Best Buy refuse to exchange l, so now stuck with a product I can’t use and my money down the drain.

Not great for picking up large items, but works very well for dirt and that annoying dog hair that fills the house.

Posted .Hello Arito, this is Kelly with Dyson. I'm sorry to hear that you've found the run time on your Dyson V8 Animal to be subpar, thus far in your use. Your vacuum will come with standard and Max power modes. Our cordless models also have a run-time enhancing light touch trigger which ensures battery power is only used when the trigger is pushed. The total run time will be up to 40 minutes.
In Max power run time will be up to 7 minutes, and in standard power, you can expect run times of up to 30-40 minutes depending on which tool or attachments you are using. Having a shorter run time does sound unusual, and we'd value the opportunity to go over your machine with you. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected].
