Under normal suction battery lasts longer but does not suck up the animal hair. Purchased this in November of 2017, It is Aug 2018 now and it doesnt even work. Have to take it in to get servced, so time out of my busy day, time away from my life, time away from work to get a product less than a year old repaired. for this amount of money? NO THANKS Lasy Dyson I will own.

While in standard mode, you should have enough suction for basic level cleaning. A loss of suction can be the result of an obstruction or the filter needs cleaning.

Battery isn’t as great as advertised. It suppose to have 40 mins of battery life but that is more like 30 on regular low and on super high suction it’s in the 15 range at best

The battery Lasted about 15 to 20 minutes, which was just long enough to get the job done. I think any period longer than that, my hand will get tired

I got lucky and bought the v10 for the same price which has a better battery and the hard floor attachment

I don’t like the suction on carpet, seems to clog a lot, holding the trigger for more than one room makes my hand hurt, taking the canister off to empty.
