I like this vacuum very much however the battery does run down very quickly. Also the swivel head can be a little challenging to maneuver.

I had no choice but to give this amazing vacuum a "fair" rating. It's easy to use, the accessories are simple but useful, it's got good enough battery life for a home consisting largely of hardwood floors with a few area rugs, and it SUCKS ! I mean it REALLY sucks, really well! Before we first used this new Dyson, we pre-vacuumed with our old one , and everything looked nice and clean. But WOW did this one suck a lot of additional dirt and hair out of the carpet! It was pretty astounding! Words can't do it justice. The reason for the fair rating is because the vacuum's charger port is located on it's grip, right where you hold it. Every few seconds while vacuuming, the vacuum emits a strong static shock. Some are mild, and some hurt like heck! The reason for this is because ALL vacuum cleaners build up static electricity because of their vigorous rubbing against carpet floors. But with traditional AC vacuums, the static shock discharges through the unit via the electrical cord. No big deal. This unit had no way to discharge but via it's charging port, which just happens to be situated against the palm of your hand while you vacuum. As greatly as this vacuum sucks, this problem really sucks, too. Couldn't they have had a little build-in rubber flap on the handle to cover and conceal this charging port when the vacuum is not on the charger? Seems like a simple fix. Then again, maybe the static would build up too much to the point where it might damage the charging unit when the vacuum is placed on the charger... I don't know. This is why we haven't tried simply covering the port with a piece of electrical tape while using it. If anyone has any solutions to this, please let me know. I (and my wife!) would sure appreciate it!

This is the perfect vacuum for me. I have a small condo. So much easier to use for small cleanups.

So far so good. We bought the animal since we have a lab that sheds. My only complaint is that the battery does not last long on all when you turn it up to suction up dog hair.

This works great on a flat floor. We had some issues with battery life at first but after repositioning it, it seems to have cleared that issue up.

Trigger is very touchy but other than that, its a great vacuum.

I love this vacuum. This does everything you want it to do. All I wish for was more suction, longer battery life and less weight. The more you pay; the better quality.

Cleans very well but battery power is not great. Lasts about 25 mins on a full charge on MAX.
