    I continue to constantly have issues with the vacuum loosing suction because it’s clogged. I’ve cleaned the entire vacuum and even used compressed air to blow out the dust from inside the unit. I have three filters because after a while they don’t seem to fit right. However, dysons’s customer service is outstanding and tried to help me resolve the issue they even sent me an extra filter for free. I haven’t had any issues lately because I clean it once a week.

    This product exceeded my expectations! I bought this mainly to use on my stairs that are carpeted. But after buying it we've used it through the entire house and it works so so well. I may end up throwing out my big pull-behind vacuum and use us instead. I highly highly highly recommend this product or any Dyson vacuum.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have had this less than 2 years and the battery will not hold a charge longer than 5 minutes after being full charged over night! So disappointed
