Posted .Hello, this is Adam with Dyson. We're so sorry to hear that you are experiencing low run times with your V8. Your Dyson V8 cordless offers two powerful suction modes - regular and MAX. MAX provides a boost of suction for larger debris or more stubborn messes. This mode should not be utilized for your everyday cleaning, as it will only give you about 7 minutes of run time. Regular suction is generally suitable for every household, and gives up to 40 minutes of run time (30 when using a motorized tool). If you feel that your V8 might be malfunctioning, we do offer a two-year warranty on this product. Just reach out to our customer support at askdysonUS@dyson.com so we can help.

I can’t believe how much gets left behind after sweeping multiple times a day. This Dyson picks up way more dust/stuff than what I would pick up sweeping. Every household should have one!

It’s been like that since it was brand new. I’m afraid one day it’ll stop charging.

We had a kirby. This cut the time and effort it took to clean. My daughter even doea it most of the time now "cause fun." Thank you.

Amazing! No tangles with in the machine ever so far and I don’t think there will be any problems. Great buy! I almost bought two of them because they were on sale. Even on economic mode it runs great.
