I have these for almost 4yrs now and it still works perfectly. It's a must have. Durability wise 10/10, cleaning ability is 9/10!!

Everything is good until it comes to battery life. It worked well for a year then wouldn't stay charged for more than 10 minutes. After a couple years, the battery has stopped charging at all

I have had 4 Dyson stick vacs in the last 3 years. They are easy to use and have great suction (I have 3 dogs) and suction is very important. The problem battery life. I am trying a different brand and see how that works. I'm tired of returning the Dysons so frequently I even had my outlet checked and all was good.

Love it. I should have bought this years ago.i have two puppies and hard wood floors. This helps me pick up everything no need to use the broom .

Works well. Wish it stood up on its own rather than having to drill holes on the wall. Also the material is very light and thin and feels fragile. Other than that, it works well and battery lasts

I have had this for a couple years. Its managed to keep up with my german shephard but you do need to make sure you emoty it and change filters. Its been great on the hardwood floors!

It’s very good! Works very well it’s Dayson so don’t need to say how good works better than others brands.

Absolutely amazing when it slows down in function you can easily buy and install replacement parts for a fraction of the price and it will run like new

It's small and compact but does a great job! What more needs to be said. We just love it and are very happy that we made the purchase.

It works very well it tight and low places. My dog sleeps under my bed which the Dyson can reach when he leaves his fur behind.

Had to get a NEW ONE purchase one 8yr ago and it dying on me. Great vaccum very reliable one.

We are not impressed, and would not recommend or purchase again. We bought for use on hardwood floors, tile floors, and upholstery. The suction is poor on regular mode, and slightly better on turbo mode, though not great, and the charge doesn't last long. Not enough suction for upholstery. Very disappointing as we had higher expectations for a Dyson. This was a waste of money.

We were excited to try this out after having a basic $100 cordless stick vacuum that was getting old. The Dyson was okay to start, but stopped holding a charge about 9 months after purchase. It started dying after using it for 10 seconds after a full overnight charge. If we then put it back into the charger for another minute or so, we'd get another 20 seconds at a time. Another thing we were not to happy about was the fact that when we ran it on any sort of flooring other than hard surfaces, it would get stuck because of the strong suction, but what's the point if I can't move it along a basic short thread hallway runner? Also, if you want to pick up debris like pieces of dried up food that your toddler has dropped under the table, you can only do so with a "push" motion.... if you're lucky. We would have to chase these all over the room since the brush would take them in and then spit them out. Forget about a pull motion over debris, it just moved it around the room instead of sucking it up - again, this seems to be a function of the broom.
