It’s lightweight, powerful, and effortlessly handles both carpets and hard floors. The battery lasts up to 40 minutes, which is plenty for most tasks. While it’s a bit pricey, the convenience and performance make it a worthwhile investment. Using it feels like a breeze, and it really makes cleaning less of a chore.

It really exceeded my expectations, it has a lot of strength, it leaves very clean, the truth is that I recommend it 10 out of 10

I love this vacuum! I have two dogs and it does a fantastic job vacuuming the hair. I like it has two levels of suction and the rotation of the head allows you to hit right spots. The only draw back is the battery dies quicker than I would like…typically about thirty minutes if it is on high suction.

Vaccuum works very well. Has no issues cleaning up cat hair. Maneuverability is great!

We love this vacuum! So easy to use and so portable. Love it for cleaning the car.

II've been using dyson products forever but this vacuum stick power doesn't last long enough to vacuum my room halfway and only partial of the kitchen.

My husband complained about me buying myself a vacuum as a gift l. He said a vacuum is not a gift for myself it’s a home appliance. Well I messed up my back and my husband had to vacuum and he was so impressed on the vacuum power and how well it picked up. He’s been using it for any little thing. He even used it to vacuum his cars seats after our baby dropped her chips.

Love love love no complaints. Worth every dollar. We use it everyday instead of sweeping.

I love this vacuum!!! The battery last for me to vacuum my whole house. (1600sqft) I would never have another vacuum. I have also bought one for my in laws. They love theirs also.

I bought my third Dyson cordless vac and I'm using all three. The neat thing about Dyson vacuums is their simplicity of their construction.

I gave it 4 stars, but for a $400 vacuum I feel like it's mediocre. The plastic feels cheap and flimsy. It works fine. Not having to mess with a cord is great. There technically isn't anything wrong with it except for the cost. It doesn't work or feel like a $400 vacuum should. The battery life is decent but when it dies it just dies. There is no warning or decrease in power, it's just done! Suction is average. Max power is good, but drains the battery faster.

This vacuum is great. I love the fact that it’s cordless and the attachments are my favorite. I always dreaded vacuuming the stairs but this makes it very easy. I have a Labrador retriever and need to vacuum constantly and I would highly recommend this Dyson.

This is a powerful little vacuum. It’s the least expensive Dyson you can get, but it is still a Dyson. You do have to hold the power trigger down manually, but that’s not a big deal. If you use it on “Max” power then the battery doesn’t last as long. Even with these two minor inconveniences, it’s a great vacuum. My rugs are cleaner than they have been in years.

My old trusty DC5 just wasn’t cutting it anymore even with Chinese aftermarket batteries and so I opted to upgrade. Best Buy recycled my old DC5 and I got this V8. Definitely feels nice and the improvements are well worth the money. Like the new heads that don’t get tangled on hair and the new way to empty the dirt is great. Also was happy I bought at Best Buy. Was debating to buy direct from dyson but wanted instant gratification so I went to bestbuy. Luckily the V8 was on sale so got it $50 cheaper than Dyson.

Overall I am very pleased with this vacuum. Pros: great cleaning power. Gets close to the baseboards and doesn’t leave anything behind. Easy to empty and clean. The attachments are wonderful for vacuuming the furniture, and hard to reach places. Cons: the battery life doesn’t last as long as I’d like. Nonstop vacuuming I only have about 40 minutes total so I have to recharge for about an hour before finishing. That’s my only complaint. I would definitely buy again because it’s been spectacular!!

Battery could be better, but the suction and ease of use is very good. Newer models have better battery

This vacuum sucks…. Seriously it sucks! So much power! I used my shark cordless first then vacuumed again with this Dyson, and it pulled just as much, with a lot more of the fine dirt in the canister. My only complaint is the trigger needs to be held down all the time, there is no on/off, so you get some fatigue. Great attachment collection, lots of tools to get most every job done quickly
