I really thought I did a good amount of research before finally picking this vacuum and now I’m curious whether those reviews were lies. This is the cheapest and worst vacuum I have owned. I have had it for a year now and regret everyday that I bought it. The cons are as follows: can’t accidentally bump into any furniture because it will scratch, you have to hold down the button the entire time vacuuming therefore making your hand sore, there are two suction options; one keeps the battery on for longer but the suction is terrible and the max suction works good but drains the battery very quick so even in my home that is about 700 sq ft I can’t do the entire space before it dies. The only sort of positive thing about this is you don’t have to change a bag and it’s fairly easy to clean the canister.

Light weight and convenient, best household vacuum for day to day pick up!

His is a great light weight powerful vacuum. I got it on sale which makes it even better. Excellent attachments too

after 6 yrs the battery has started to go in my previous Dyson cordless so i moved it out to the motorhome and bought this new one. just as efficient with twice the battery life, so handy, and easy to use !!!

Solidly built and relatively lightweight, this vacuum is a great addition to our other Dyson units. I love that this swivels easily under chairs…I wish that this held a bit more charge when using the “max” mode which is the setting I prefer to clean the laminate floors. Overall I’m happy with the purchase so far.

This Dyson works great, it is very portable, easy to use, suction is terrific. I highly recommend the product.

Perfect vacuum to pick up dog hair. Love how light weight it is. Downside is it’s wireless so you need to charge. It seems to run out of battery quickly and takes forever to recharge.

This vacuum is great for quick pickups. I was amazed, the first time I used it, how much dirt was picked up. It is so easy to grab and go that I find myself vacuuming more frequently. My house stay a lot cleaner. The only drawback is the battery life. At full strength it only lasts about 8 minutes. However, it gives me time to get all the high traffic areas. Using the lower power setting extends the amount of time it runs before needing to be recharged.

Love this vacuum. Just wished i had bought it sooner. So easy to use. Don't have to drag a heavy sweeper around no cord to worry about. Great for whole house cleaning or as a quick use to pick up something you find on the floor. Light and handy to use.

I've owned this vacuum for over a year and half. Wife and I bought it for our home because we mostly have wood flooring and it doesn't take much to "sweep" the dirt and debris off the wood floor. Pros: - 2 power modes - Great attachments; those included fulfill nearly every need in our home with pets - Easy to empty bin - Wall Mount is creative and very useful - Rarely clogs and when it does, very easy to clear out - The low power mode does more than you think! Cons: - High Power mode consumes entire battery in under 10 minutes - Canister can fill up quickly with pets and carpet - Loud - Very slow charge time; I assume they do this to prevent dendrites from forming in Lithium Battery - Attachment points wear and loosen over time - Power Adapter for charging is large and horizontal; great on single outlets, but bad for larger outlet faces (4 or more plugs) Overall, we've been rather pleased with this cordless vacuum. There are obvious downsides, the biggest being the battery life on the higher setting. I would not recommend this vacuum if you have a majority carpet in your home. For our wood floor home (90% is wood) it has performed very well and kept up with nearly daily use! Worth the money if you can get over some of the clunky and time consuming details of using it.

This is the second Dyson stick vacuum I purchased. It is much better than the prior version, but they all suffer from the same flaw, battery charge. I suppose it is an engineering issue trying to balance motor strength to establish strong suction to pick up dirt while preserving battery life. Well, they got the first part covered, but the batteries on these things just don’t hold a charge long enough to clean the house. I get through about one room and then have to stick it back in the charger.

We have five shelties, so we’re always trying to keep ahead with the shedding business. This vacuum is so handy, efficient and works on every level. It truly lives up to the Dyson name. It’s easy to dispense the dirt and hair into the garbage. I don’t have to touch anything unlike the Electrolux we had. The only thing I don’t like about this vacuum is the wall hanger - there’s not enough space to put all the attachments. Love this vacuum!!

Its the best vacuum and it cleans really good and its not very heavy

I’m totally in love with this vac. It’s so convenient and easy to use and always ready. I was skeptical at first that it had the power to tackle cat fur on the couch but it does a beautiful job. The large buttons make it so easy to change out attachments. I haven’t put the mount on the wall yet, I’m thinking about getting a stand instead.

We are happy with our purchase of this vacuum. My only complaint is the battery doesn't last as long as expected.
