    Great product, just know , when using the battery works the longest when you are using the lower suction. If you use the higher suction it will go down quickly

    This vacuum is HUGELY overpriced and virtually useless. It has, at best, 10 minutes of battery time and very poor suction. Look elsewhere.

    Worked great for the first 4 months and then the bin got stuck and wouldn't open, so I can't empty it to clean it. I've never overfilled the bin and have followed all maintenance directions. Dyson said they'll exchange it but it'll take at least a month, and I have to bear the expense of shipping the defective one back to them, not to mention I'll be without a vacuum for a month or more. Not all it's cracked up to be. Save your money.

    I like this vacuum a lot only downside is the berry to last a little longer other than that is a great vacuums I done so much with it it's awesome

    If you only had hardwood and tile, I’m sure it’d be fine. We have thick carpet, I wasn’t impressed and returned it and got the animal plug in
