I need a different Dyson

The trap door doesn't open to dump whatever is inside. The top filter keeps falling out. This is not Dyson typical product. I have other Dyson products and were completely satisfied.

The only downfall is it only lasts 7 minutes on the high power setting. The regular setting lasts a long time. I still love it!

Didn’t even know how bad my old vacuum was until I brought this baby home. Plus it makes me feel like a ghost buster so bravo, Dyson. Only complaint— I literally have a blister on my right thumb from using it so much.

They are easy to use and have great suction (I have 3 dogs) and suction is very important. The problem battery life. I am trying a different brand and see how that works. I'm tired of returning the Dysons so frequently I even had my outlet checked and all was good.

Unfortunately, they no longer let you pay for Geek Squad protection up front and it is now a monthly fee. As if people don't already have enough monthly bills to keep track of, just change it back please.
