    Purchased a month ago and the vacuum already won’t work on max suction. Have cleaned it several times and that doesn’t appear to be the issue as it was only used 3-4 times. Not happy.

    I had this item less then 2 years and the suction has gotten bad and also the power outlet where it is charged was giving electric shoks I had to return it and exchange it. I am not ready to give up on Dyson yet as the vacuum is so convinient but I will have to if the new one isnt working better

    Spent close to $500 on this product but the battery life has dropped to less than 2 minuets in less than a year. Contacted support and have to drive it 45 min each way without traffic to a repair center. Another similar product that was $50 that is 5 years old is still working just fine.
