    Great product, just know , when using the battery works the longest when you are using the lower suction. If you use the higher suction it will go down quickly

    Worked great for the first 4 months and then the bin got stuck and wouldn't open, so I can't empty it to clean it. I've never overfilled the bin and have followed all maintenance directions. Dyson said they'll exchange it but it'll take at least a month, and I have to bear the expense of shipping the defective one back to them, not to mention I'll be without a vacuum for a month or more. Not all it's cracked up to be. Save your money.

    If you only had hardwood and tile, I’m sure it’d be fine. We have thick carpet, I wasn’t impressed and returned it and got the animal plug in
