I can honestly say i love my Dyson. It has been great picking up fur from our 4 dogs and our cat. I don't think I'll ever own any other kind of cordless vacuum again.

[Employee of bestbuy] It’s a great vacuum when it works. It has a lot of “easy-to-fix” quirks but overall gets the job done. The battery is the only complaint I have, as after a year of use, the integrity of the battery life is nowhere near what it should be for a $350+ vacuum

Not my favorite stick vacuum. I thought I was upgrading with Dyson and the battery life on this is terrible. I also think this lacks the true suction of a Dyson. The only plus it it’s easy to use with the attachments around the house. I have had other stick vacs that performed better. It also doesn’t stand on its own when off the charger.

I appreciate the power and versatility of this vacuum. Its light weight, long wand and variety of attachments allow me to easily vacuum a variety of surfaces in each room and make quick work of stairs. It is easy to empty cleanly. The battery is more than adequate. to clean several rooms before recharging.

I absolutely love this vacuum! Our first cordless dyson lasted about 3 years and then the battery started to slow down. (I used it multiple times a day through those 3 years) We had a warrenty so we got it replaced with ease. Would buy again and again

I bought this for my wife as she requested. I was very skeptical on a battery vac and was very surprised at the performance. Great for hardwood floors and runners and removes lots of dirt and dust even leaves that were tracked in.

Only complaint is battery life. Its perfect for me, but I have a small apt. Otherwise, thrilled with it.

I have had this now for over a year and it works amazing. I have wood floors and it works great. Easy to grab for a quick cleanup when the chef in my house gets flour on the floor. Would buy again and as a gift.

[Employee of bestbuy] It's honestly a great vacuum but the battery life is the only hinderance. If you live in a smaller apartment then it's no problem but if you're in anything more than 1500sqft itd be best to search for something with better battery life.

We have 4 dogs, and keeping hair off the wood floors is a chore, but this Dyson makes the job a lot easier. It's very light and versitile. The battery on high suction mode (which you don't always need it on) goes very quickly. As long as you're not trying to clean your whole house in one sitting with it you will be fine. This thing performs beyond expectation especially considering its size.

I absolutely love this Dyson! After having a regular Dyson, I replaced it with this one and I have no regrets. It is super durable and keep a good suction. The motor is a bit heavy but i do not mind because it cleans so well.

Let me just put it to you like this,,, I am completely blown away on how great this thing works. Yes it’s expensive and yes you always hear about the hype, but I have to say really cool.I don’t know if the other models have the same option but this one has a switch on it for bare floors and four carpets. It has a wall mount that all you do is lock it in and it recharges the battery so you don’t ever have to keep plugging things in it does it practically by itself it does last a good long while I vacuumed four rooms before I got down to the last indicator bar it’s just amazing. Like I said it is expensive but I definitely think it’s worth it.

I already have a Dyson multifloor vacuum but wanted something coordless and light that I could use to follow behind my three kids uder 5 and this has been a godsend, the animal cleans 10x better than any vacuum i've ever owned and is convienent for my stairs with the multi attatchments that come with it. Definetly recommend!

It's a Dyson, enough said. Seriously though I have two Dyson Vacuums because i'm to lazy to drag a vacuum upstairs and downstairs. I also have a dog who sheds so much I often feel like shaving her. The Dyson resolves the issue for the floors..Anything you've heard positive about Dyson is true..There's a reason why they have been in businesss forever...We've all had parents or grandparents who had 20 year old Dysons and it's because these things last..I have had my first Dyson about 4 years. I' admit Im kinda hard on my vacuums. I am the kind of person who will try to suck up anything that needs to go in the trash. I'm sure this violates some product use or warranty but my point is, these things last..While I have not tried, I don't think you can break a vacuum with semi normal use. By semi normal use I mean trying to vacuum things up like small pieces of dog food or sawdust..

Easy to use. Excellent quality. Access to large number of accessories. This is my fifth Dyson product. They're all excellent.
