The vacuum has really good suction and is easy and light to use. Downfall it does not have a light and the opening at the bottom struggles to pick up large pieces.

Its an older model but still a great product. Good value when its on sale. Suction power could be a lil bit stronger and the battery doesnt last too long. Would rate 5 stars otherwise

I love the convenience, suction, and versatility of this handheld, cordless vacuum. If it had a trigger lock or a toggled on/off switch instead of a trigger, I would give it 5 stars.

Very powerful, easy to get around corners. If I had to give a reason that I don’t like I would have to say the emptying part.

This is not the first Dyson I have purchased, and it likely will not be the last! Dyson demands a premium for their products, but they have yet to disappoint. The V8 Animal Cord-Free Stick Vacuum is perfect for a quick clean up of dog hair, crumbs, or any debris that ends up on the floor. It is perfect for a quick tidy before guests arrive, and an easy way to vacuum stairs. The beater bar in the powered head doesn't quite have the power of an upright vacuum, but it is far superior to the vacuum motor driven versions on certain canister models. It powers through ordinary carpets, but I wouldn't say that this unit replaces the larger upright vacuums for deep cleaning, especially on a thick pile carpet. The wall mounted charging dock is convenient and keeps this unit ready for action. Battery life is sufficient for any tidy up work, and lasts as long as the desire to vacuum. You may want more wall-mounted storage for accessories, available online as an inexpensive add-on. The dust bin is a little bit small, and newer versions may offer other benefits, but the price and powered brush head attracted me to this one, and it suits my needs just fine. This is a perfect addition to a powerful upright for a whole-house solution with a range of carpets and hard floors. For an apartment or smaller area, this unit might be all you need.

Very powerful. Could be a little quieter but not ‘ noisy’. Attachments are great. Easy to use and trash discard works efficiently. Parts for hanging on wall are sturdy and wall attachments and accessories sturdy and instructions easy to follow.

Good as other Dyson. Ease of use. My third Dyson in 20 years, all still working.

I bought this on sale before Christmas and I wish I would have bought one sooner. This picked up dirt out of my carpet that my inexpensive upright could not.

Amazing vacuum, easy handling, great suction and it puts other vacuums to shame. Cleaned carpets with ease. The only issue was having to hold the power button down while cleaning. I developed a blister on thumb while cleaning.
