Light weight, easy to use, powerful head for carpet and wood floors. In a 4 cat, 1 Sheltie household this little machine does a great job cleaning. This is my second Dyson Cordless Vacuum. Very pleased, no complaints.

works great but harder to empty than LG models we have used. Also the switch has to be held continuously versus flipping it "on" and the "off". A slight nuisance for vacuuming larger areas

I did a lot of research before purchasing this vacuum. I have 2 dogs inside and cats that go in and out. I needed a vacuum that would easily pick up dirt and pet hair off the floor and not clog! This vacuum has been well worth the money. Long battery life that allows me to clean my whole house without it running out of charge. The handheld option is great for vacuuming furniture. If you’re torn on whether to purchase this or not, I don’t think you will regret it!

This vacuum is highly convenient, with a small foot print, and still manages to provide consistent useful power. Perfect for apartment living ad quick cleanups.

This vacuum is amazing. Not only is it lightweight but it truly picks up just about any degree. It’s weakness and light weakness makes it easy to clean stairs and even couches with the handheld attachment. It being cordless also helps not being limited to a certain space truly in love with this vacuum.

Vacuum is great and light weight. The included stand was a breeze to install and makes storage great.

I love this vacuum. I used a friend’s and fell in love with it. From my experience, it sucks up every single crumb on the floor, corners, underneath the bed, etc. I love the way it maneuvers around objects and you could detach it and turn it into a handheld device easily. The only issue I’ve had (not with mine yet bc it’s practically new) is the battery does not last long if you have a large home or large area to vacuum. I was also told by several individuals that the battery will need replaced after a year and once fully charged it only lasts for about 20 minutes continuously. I have a 2200 sq ft home mostly hardwood flooring, some tile and one carpeted room. I could move from room to room without any issues or adjustments. It picks up well on any floor type. I can only vacuum about 1/2 of the house before the it needs recharged. However, my home is always clean without children. Great device. But, if you have pets or a large family may need to opt for an electric non-cordless one to last longer.

Easy to unpack, easy to connect to my app, the instructions are very simple and works perfectly now.

Is food but already needs a battery wich is an issue but the power is excellent

I love this vacuum! It is super light and easy to use. The Best Buy price match policy is rough and the return policy is even worse. Knowing I loved this vacuum I tossed the original packaging. The price dropped at Target and I requested a price match. Unfortunately, it cannot be price matched because the Target price is only for Circle members (aka their free membership program). Since I do not have the original packaging, it is now at the store discretion to accept the return. Learn from my lesson, buy this vacuum, but buy it from a store that has better customer service policies.

Bought this vacuum to replace a "dime-a-dozen" stick vac from Amazon that had terrible suction. The first 3-4 times we used this one I was blown away at how dirty our carpets were. The amount of fine powdery dust this vacuum picked up was amazing. Suction is incredible. The attachments are great. Battery life is more than enough to do our 1700 sqft upstairs without dying....so long as we don't use the boost button. Our last stick vac would get my wifes long hair tangled up in it and I would have to pull out the roller and cut the hair off. This roller/brush has not held on to any hair at all yet. So far, the only downsides I've observed is that the joint where the vacuum head meets the pipe is kinda stiff and doesn't move very freely....but it does seem to be loosening up a bit. The vacuum can feel a bit heavy in hand too, mainly on carpet since it really gets a grip on the floor. I've opted to use both hands to vacuum when doing carpeted floors...just for comfort. Neither of these would deter me from purchasing this vacuum again.

Bought this Dyson to replace an older one that broke down I saw that it is smaller and lighter than the old one, so I assumed that it would not be as powerful, but I was surprised, this little Dyson is powerful and not as loud I haven’t timed how lon the battery lasts on a full charge, but it seems like it can go longer than the old one Very pleased with this purchase, highly recommend

This Vacuum is a decent price and has amazing performance. It’s light, nimble, and while is a bit plasticky and wiggles a little with attachments feels so good to use daily. The turbo mode only lasts like 10 minutes but boy does it have power! The Handheld mode is where it shines. It’s so ergonomically fit for your hand, and you don’t get too tired using it. I won’t lie I returned it from BestBuy and bought the same model directly from Dyson because they included a hardwood floor attatchment as well as the regular one for free and it’s like $60 so it was worth it. The handheld fabric vacuum roller is absolutely clutch even without pets but with pets it’s a lifesaver. Absolutely recommend!
