Battery does not last as long as I expected. Lasts less than 10 minutes.

I love my recent Dyson purchase, I’m now a repeat fan!

It’s very easy to use. It has powerful suction on thick carpet and floors. It is also light which makes it easy to vacuum stairs and move around the house.

I have been using this vacuum for a couple years low and I absolutely love it! It vacuums very well and I like how easy it is to control your movements so you can easily get into the corners of your house. I also have a pretty thick carpet and am still able to vacuum pretty easily. I also love using the attachments it comes with to be precise with my vacuuming and really get into those tough areas. Overall, this vacuum continues to exceed my expectations!

Lightweight and great. Overall a very reliable vacuum. Only reason i didnt give it a full 5 stars is because it only lasts about 7 minutes in high mode. Aside from that, it does a great job!

This is my first Dyson vacuum purchase and I am shook! This is an amazing product and it gets the corners of walls extremely well! Whether it's hardwood, carpet, rubber, etc this vacuum does the job and does it well. The battery charge on the vacuum last long enough for me to get the job done and when needing to recharge does not take long at all. It is a little tasking having to squeeze the trigger in order to activate the vacuum and then having to continue holding the trigger down for the vacuum to continue its function however the design of the grip makes it more bearable. The extra head attachments included are great as they only further help me to complete my cleaning needs.

Great vacuum lightweight and easy to use. Wish the battery lasted longer. But definitely does the job for the price. Would definitely buy again. Thanks Best Buy.

I love this vacuum. This is the first vacuum that I actually love. As long as you let it run on the lowest setting, it will get your whole house vacuumed. You don't need it on the highest setting most of the time. It is so nice not to have a cord to deal with and it is so light you don't mind pulling it out to use. I will buy one for each of my children when they get married.

For a cordless, this vacuum does a great job, not quite as good as my corded Dyson, but for day to day vacuuming, a cordless is more convenient. As with most cordless vacuums, including my automatic pool vacuum, the charge time is so much longer than the run time, I would like more run time. With this particular model you have to hold the power button while running, I would prefer if there was a way it lock the run button to on or off. Overall, except for the two cons listed previously, I am happy with this vacuum and would recommend it to my friends and family.

Great vacuum, just not for my family at the moment as we have a big house and we need a corded one.

Complete disappointment. I LOVE Dyson but not this one. In fact, I have three (3) different Dyson but this was recommended to us due to the increased suction and longevity as we were looking for cordless. Sadly, this battery life was well below what was advertised and last 30-35 minutes. Floors are vacuumed every 3-4 days (clean freak) LOL and it would take 2 full charges to complete the floor. The floor space before anyone goes crazy is 1,100 square feet. I hate house chores so I am trying to complete as quickly as possible. I am not lingering like a Sunday stroll when I vacuum. :-). Loved the two part (handheld and floor) all in one. The attachments were great too. Everything around this ranking was around the battery life. Smaller area, it would have been a highly recommend.

First time buying this Dyson model. So far, works well. Canister could be a little bigger though. I do like the feature that you do not need to unattached base from canister to empty. To me this model works just as good as the more expensive Dyson model.

This is exactly what I wanted and needed. Easy to use, easy to clean and easy to store. This made cleaning 100x easier and my back is much happier.
