    Great product. My last V8 I bought was in 2017 and it works perfectly until may 2022 but still working (not as good as before). then my wife bought the same one with much lower price than 5 years ago. after 5 years, I think the main problem is about the battery only.

    Stopped working after 6 months. Best Buy wouldn't help at all since I didn't buy the service plan and Dyson told me to go back and take it up with Best Buy. Terrible service all around. I am done shopping at Best Buy - much better off with Amazon as their customer service is far superior.

    Overall, we’re pretty happy with this vacuum. This is the second one we’ve purchased, one for our business and one for home. From experience, the battery doesn’t have a long life, 2 years and it won’t hold a charge for very long. I replaced the battery with one from Dyson and it too isn’t holding a charge very long after only a couple years. Genuine Dyson replacement batteries are about $100, so figure on that. Only giving 4 out of 5 because of cost and battery life.
