    Really convenient and does a good job. Good on hardwood and carpet. Does seem to fill up quickly to the full line. However the emptying is really easy, you pull the handle and everything dumps out into the trash. Make sure it’s completely over the trash because the first time I emptied it, I got half of it back on the floor lol. Only reason this isn’t 5 stars is my wife won’t use it because she said it gave her blisters from the pistol style grip. I don’t know about that but who knows.

    The main reason for getting the Dyson V8 was to be able to quickly clean hardwood floors of dog hair. It doesn't disappoint. It picks up great and I can clean the whole downstairs and still have plenty of battery life to tackle the couches. The only negative is the first one I bought stopping working after just one day. Best Buy was able to get me a replacement the next day. So I'm hoping that was just a fluke,

    This is the absolute best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. I was skeptical about the price but the great reviews sold me. I have hardwood floors and had to purchase the soft roller brush as this one does not come with one. (Also a great investment). My dyson gets all the small particles off the floor.. This vacuum cleaner was a great investment.
