Very happy with purchase! I had a Dyson V6 animal and the vacuum wasn’t holding charged. So I brought it in to get serviced. And I ended up getting a credit so I purchased the Dyson V8. And they price matched Costco. Vacuum is very powerful.

The battery drains very quickly and doesn't last long.

I am using a lot for inside kitchen and living room as well as inside my car. Problem 1: Handle is not ergonomic after holding for a while your thumb joint hurting. Hard ABS plastic touching surface to the thumb needs to be smooth and similar shape with our thumb finger direction. Need mechanical improvement. Problem 2: Battery dyes pretty quick when vacuuming sometimes not enough. Problem 3: When you do small vacuuming battery stays half you don't completely use the battery. If I put it into charger back most probably Battery Degradation will be pretty quick and battery lifetime will decrease. There should be power switch to control the power adapter when it is always plug it in to the wall plug. Problem 4: You can't put all the accessories to wall charger there are only two slots but vacuum comes with 4 accessories that you need to use during vacuuming. Sometimes I cannot find other necessary parts during vacuuming. In order to solve this you need to buy Vacuum Cleaner Storage Rack . Over all it is OK. I suggest. I can easily do these improvements by myself.

So light weight and easy to use bring cordless. I actually vacuum way more often with it.

I Don't know why I waited so long to buy this. I know it's pricey but it's worth it. Get it!! I can go everywhere. I can go vacuum my car so easily no problem.

I was hesitant to spend this much on a vacuum but it is totally worth it. I have several cats and it works great at picking up the cat hair. To empty the container all you have to do is hold the handheld and lift small handle and the bottom opens - no more stuff flying around. Handheld is great for the furniture.

this vacuum has great suction power and very easy docking station I'm very happy with this purchase. the only thing I would like to mention in the store I was told that this vacuum comes with 5 years warranty, after checking with dyson, this model has 2 years warranty, not 5.

battery life is too short, for extended cleaning. but easy to use

I had the Dyson DC59 for 8 years and loved it. Bought this newer model and passed the other to my daughter. Such a difference in battery time to suction power. Can’t go wrong with this model

We bought the other Dyson full size pet vacuum. Love it except it's heavy for quick cleanups after the kids and dog. Wanted something that was smaller and easier to for quick messes and this is perfect. It does everything we need for a quick cleanup without having to bust out the huge one!

Very happy with this purchase. It is my 2nd Dyson product, my main vacuum can be a bit heavy and an ordeal to get out for a quick mess from my 21 month old. This is great, I pull it out and a few swipes and I’m back to chasing my kiddo. With a 45 minute battery life it lasts almost as long as my AirPods.

This was our first Dyson Animal vacuum and it is by far superior to other vacuums. I do not like the short battery life on this model. Also, Geek squad protection is a sound investment on high use electronics and small appliance which I depend on everyday...

Works amazing for quick messes. The battery doesn’t last very long

Absolutely love my Dyson. It’s so convenient and cord free. I would suggest if you have a bigger home to get a newer Dyson as the battery in this one doesn’t last as long as the Dyson V11

If I had not purchased this unit I would not have believed it. It used to take 2 hours to clean the house with the old corded vacuum, now we can get it done on one charge, One pass on carpet, hardwood and vinyl plank flooring, Could not be happier.

We got this for our carpeted stairs because we have two cats. And our previous vacuum just wasn’t cutting it. Finally we bought this and when we brought it home the stairs were clean in 10 minutes looking brand new. LOVE THIS THING

We needed something quick and easy to do general sweeping along with something light to sweep steps. This unit does a great job in both areas and picks up more than expected. With a Siberian Husky as it's measuring stick it stacks up and removes the hair from the carpet and furniture.

Arrived DOA. Trying to get a replacement through Dyson because I missed the return window by 1 day with Best Buy

This is my first time with dyson not disappointed , Immaculate house now and awesome , less weight easy to use . Highly recommend this in detail thorough cleanings on the edges . Multi use for car vacum as well
