    Let me first start by stating I love Dyson products. I have 3 fans and a couple of these stick vac's. I only give this product 4 out of 5 because the second its out of warranty; these stick vacs have problems. And don't bother calling their Customer Service; they'll send you to 3rd world English-is-a-second-language land to guarantee you'll give up the fight. For the money they charge, this product should be Great. It isn't.

    I purchased this Dyson after my DC-59 finally died. This model does a much better job at removing animal hair (even on the lower setting) than my previous model did on max power. It runs for longer periods of time. The only negative is I wish the older model's tools would work on this vacuum. I had purchased a tool that would go under low furniture and was disappointed the tool would not fit this model.
