    This was the worst purchase I’ve made at Best Buy. If I could give no stars I would. This vacuum dies after vacuuming one room no matter how long you keep it charged. I’ve tried numerous times. Someone from Geek Squad was scheduled to come in to try to fix but never ended up coming. I tried to return over the phone but the Best Buy customer service via phone is terrible.

    Great concept no cords easy to use the only thing that I was frustrated with the charge doesn’t last long even though I called the company and they told me how to charge it and it’ll last at least 25 minutes well I follow the rules but it still doesn’t last that long

      Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing short run times from your Dyson V8 Animal. Your machine offers two suction modes; MAX which the machine will be set to right out of the box, and standard suction. MAX is designed to provide a boost of power for more stubborn messes or larger debris. This mode will give you about 7 minutes of run time. If you slide the slider over to the other mode of suction, on a full charge you should get up to 30-40 minutes of run time, depending on if you're using a motorized tool.
