    Excellent vacuum I bought for my daughter who has 3 children and 2 large dogs and her house has never been cleaner! After using it I bought one for myself too.

    Garbage! Don’t waste your money. First it wasn’t keeping charge then flat out stop working. All after 15 days so Best Buy refuse to exchange l, so now stuck with a product I can’t use and my money down the drain.

    If you have a lovable yet shedding pet, you will love this vac. Now I don’t need to drag the canister vac out and deal with where to plug it in every time I need to do a quick cleanup of the fur balls our sweet dog has left all around the house!

    I have long hair and Dyson works great in sucking hair on the floor and easy to remove them. But like other vacuums, the dust may sticks and needs to be cleaned once in a month.

    If you want to vacuum after breakfast/lunch and dinner is good enough. If you want to clean the whole house there are better options than this vacuum

      Hello Azzy, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're glad to hear that for the most part, you've been happy with the overall performance from your V8 Animal. Dyson V8 vacuums have a run time of up to 40 minutes, when used in standard power mode. On MAX power, run time will be shorter due to the added boost of suction power. You should find that suction in standard power mode is sufficient for most tasks, while MAX is better suited for tough cleaning jobs.

    You'll probably find this Dyson on the sales floor at a more affordable price, but that's because they are selling older models cheaper; but that's not the magic of Dyson. If you're gonna get one, get a Dyson of current gen. We got this and weren't as impressed as the demo one we saw... because the demo was V10 and this was the V8. So we returned it and got a V10. Haven't looked back.

Your vacuum will come with standard and Max power modes. Our cordless models also have a run-time enhancing light touch trigger which ensures battery power is only used when the trigger is pushed. In Max power run time will be up to 7 minutes, and in standard power, you can expect run times of up to 30-40 minutes depending on which tool or attachments you are using.
