    Not worth it. It's not charging anymore, red light blinks. Expensive and Poor quality. it hardly vacuum 2 bd, after that its dead. Bought it in Nov 2023 and now its not functioning.

    I use my Dyson almost daily but I still think it’s overpriced. It doesn’t pick up larger pieces for example little pieces of dog food or chips the kids have dropped on the floor but I do enjoy it

      Hello, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that you're having battery trouble after just a few months of use. That's very unexpected to hear. Your machine offers two suction modes - regular and MAX. Right out of the box, the machine is going to be set to MAX. This mode provides a boost of suction making it ideal for larger messes or more stubborn debris. This mode does give less run time - about 7 minutes or so. Regular power, which should be sufficient for everyday cleaning, will give you up to 30-40 minutes of run time, depending on if you're using the motorized floor tool.

    I love this vacuum. The only default is there’s two extra hole extensions that don’t attached on the storage hanger.

    This vacuum has changed how easy it is to use a cordless vacuum. From minute one til the battery dies the battery stays strong.

    Not good for heavy duty, I figured the “animal” one would be best for pet hair but it was not. The filter didn’t last more than a week without needing to be replaced, the battery life isn’t great either. Full power will absolutely kill the battery which never allowed me to vacuum my entire 1 bedroom apartment in one charge.

    Had to return. Battery life wasn't great. Heavier than expected. Did a good job with picking up our dogs hair but not worth the price for me.

Our cord-free models are the lightest machines that we offer, with this model coming in at 5.8 pounds, with both the floor tool and wand attached. This model comes with both standard and MAX power modes. In Max power run time will be up to 7 minutes, and in standard power, you can expect run times of up to 30-40 minutes depending on which tool or attachments you are using.

    After reading all the battery warnings, I tried to return it but I didn't realize I had to do so within a certain # of days and missed the opportunity. I wanted to buy a corded one instead but stuck with what I got. I will not return to Best Buy anymore.
