Light weight, sucks debris off of the floor really well. Love the attachments, very versatile vacuum

Product is well made and easy to use. It looks good hanging anywhere and is much better than getting out a large vacuum for a small mess. It charges fast and last a long enough to get the job done. Vacuum picks up dirt well and empties easily. It is a premium product, with a premium price, but is worth it.

I loved this vacuum. It was great until about 4 years laters the battery began to die and the vacuum was lasting no more than 2 min on high and no more than 5 min on low. Great while it lasted.

This vacuum is better than we thought, we use it for everything! Very versatile with any attachment necessary. We clean rugs, floors, stairs, carpet and the car with ease! We can’t believe how much this thing picks up. The battery life is okay for our needs on normal power, but expect to charge it after any extended use or much time on max power. Still, this is the best vac we’ve ever had.

I bought this vac because I wanted a powerful, cordless vac to maintain somewhat clean floors considering we have several pets. I love this product. No Long hoses to drag around my house, it’s fairly light, great for my stairs, and I’m not having to look for a plug in for each room as with my canister vac. I do feel the battery life could be better. Definitely need a back up battery for the price of this vac. Only other negative is the trigger. While I do like it in certain situations, it would make more sense to have a “lock trigger” option similar to a gas pump. Overall I love the product and can’t live without it now.

Charge doesn’t hold but overall worked well when it did charge. Be sure to buy extra filters to change out periodically.

Amazing vacuum with gray power and very low weight

Love this vacuum. Does a way better job than my old one. Like how it comes with different heads. Great cleaning tight areas.

Purchased for my wife who uses vacuum for small spills. She wished the run time was longer. Purchase in 2017 replace battery every 3 years.

I love this sweeper. My wife bought it for me for Xmas as a joke. I wanted a small vac for car and small jobs around the house. I'm pretty sure she really new what she was doing because now I'm sweeping the kitchen, family room, her car, and mine as well as the boat. This thing is lite, very maneuverable and has plenty of power. Its very easy to empty and clean the filters. Kudos to the engineers, you've designed a fantastic product. Oh well happy wife happy life. I wonder if they could design it with a cup holder?

I would highly recommend this vacuum. I have animals and there is no issue removing the hair from my couch, floor, etc. The install is very easy for the wall mount charger. The battery last long on the regular mode, it does go much quicker on the high mode. Although it did last longer than I expected. In the end I still give this vacuum 5 stars

Overall like the power it has. However, there is no light, the brush is more plastic than brush and it’s very cumbersome. You need to hold the power button continuously like a gun and the unit (which is heavy) sits on your hand. I’ve purchased cheaper stick vacuums that were easy to push and had lights at around $89-100. This vacuum is much more expensive. Paying for the Dyson name I guess and again it does seem to pick up nicely just wish it was easier to push and had lights.

For the price, it’s really good. A bit difficult on carpets (sometimes gets stuck) and it’s annoying that the battery packs don’t come out to charge (you have to plug it into the wall). But after the Shark (with removable batteries) stopped picking up stuff (depute cleaning it inside and out), I decided to try it out.

Around one year in ownership, the vacuum turns off after 30 seconds of use. I have cleaned the filter, checked for blockages and read through several troubleshooting tips. Help line for Dyson takes 90 minutes before someone can assist. A similar issue exists with another Dyson product I own. I do not believe this is worth the cost.

This vacuum blows away the competition. I purchased this after a pet vacuum of mine died after one year. This one does a much better job of cleaning up cat hair and the support available is just the cherry on top.
