Solidly built and relatively lightweight, this vacuum is a great addition to our other Dyson units. I love that this swivels easily under chairs…I wish that this held a bit more charge when using the “max” mode which is the setting I prefer to clean the laminate floors. Overall I’m happy with the purchase so far.

Fantastic vacuum. I love that it is cord-free. It has made vacuuming so simple and easy. I find myself vacuuming more often than I used to because it is so simple and easy. I've been so impressed by how much it picks up even after repeated uses. Only complaint is that the battery doesn't last very long. But that is understandable. Highly recommend!!

I really enjoy this vacuum, it sucks up all the dog hair like it’s its job. I would recommend it to any family that has a short haired lab/children that drop stuff all over the floor.

I love that I dont have to drag a cord from room to room and the dyson goes underneath the furniture faiirly easy. But it can be uncomfortable to hold and the sound is too loud and sort of strange. It sort of annoys me when I use it through each room and have to listen to that sound for several minutes. It also doesnt pick up the pet hair from my couch. It costs too much. I'm almost regretting the purchase.

Love this vacuum!! I have a cat, so I vacuum like everyday and this one holds up! I like that it has 2 settings, so I can use more suction when in the cats room, and less throughout the rest of the house. The batter holds a good charge. I have a 3 bedroom house and I usually charge this once every 10ish days, sometimes even longer. I love that I can go from carpet to bare floor easily.

I love this vacuum. Its light weight and super powerful. We have 5 cats and we're forever fighting the cat hair. We have a Neato Robot vac that we also love, but this Dyson is light and nimble enough to quickly grab and run through spots that get messy or the robot misses. It hangs nicely in my pantry, so its out of the way. On Max, you only get about 6 minutes of power, but it charges quickly and the regular power works great for almost every job.

Yes, it's expensive just like all Dyson products. However, vacuums is something they do very well and this one is light, powerful, and super mobile. Had and issue after a year that the battery was acting up, but I had bought the extended guarantee with Best Buy. Smartest move I made cuase they took it back with no problem and I walked out with a new one. Will buy newer model when the time comes.

Great handheld vacuum for small jobs. Battery doesn't last as long a I thought it should. Get lite sweeping done with little effort. Great for carpted stairs and upholstery on furniture.
