Love it because its easy to use. It is also very light and super simple to clean hard to reach places with all the different accessories.

This thing sucks up everything! Powerful suction gets your carpets dirt and pet hair clean. Only downside is you have to use it quickly due to the limited battery charge ( roughly 25 mins ). Lightweight and fairly to maneuver. Highly recommended

Got this as a gift for my cousin. He liked ours, so he asked for one. Like its versatility. Make sure you get the extended warranty though. You know they dont make stuff to last anymore. But I still recommend.

I very recently had my rugs professionally cleaned. A week later I vacuumed with my 6 month old heavy duty Hoover (somewhat unwieldily). 3 days later, I vacuumed with the Dyson V-8....... far more powerful and picked way more debris in the canister. I purchased the Dyson because - Dyson reputation, HAPA filter, cordless, lightweight, converts to a powerful small hand vacuum, and thankfully I could apply my Best Buy credit towards the purchase. Because of expert service by Best Buy associates and Geek Squad, I have always been very satisfied with my purchases. (I put the Hoover out at the end of my driveway with FREE sign. It was gone when I later looked!)

I haven’t had problems with the battery, which is what i was worried about when buying. This thing is so effective, but the tank for rubbish is so small. I have to empty it every 10 minutes. It is super light weight and gets fur easily.

It’s light weight, quiet and has super suction. The best vacuum I’ve ever owned.

For a cordless, this vacuum does a great job, not quite as good as my corded Dyson, but for day to day vacuuming, a cordless is more convenient. As with most cordless vacuums, including my automatic pool vacuum, the charge time is so much longer than the run time, I would like more run time. With this particular model you have to hold the power button while running, I would prefer if there was a way it lock the run button to on or off. Overall, except for the two cons listed previously, I am happy with this vacuum and would recommend it to my friends and family.

It is good for cleaning power but it drops some dust when throw away trash.

So much better than a full size vacuum! Mobile. Light weight. Plenty of suction

I previously had the V11 which was bigger and had a longer charge but the V8 is also very good but does need to be charged more often.

Perfect vacuum for all things, pulls pet hair out super easily. Gets in the corners super easily and has a very nice charging stand

Love this vacuum. It’s powerful but not too loud. Has great battery life and as a plus a docking station. It’s been great for our tile floors, but works great on rugs and carpet as well. Very easy to clean out the vacuum as well. Very impressed.

This vacuum is both powerful and portable and provides quick and easy cleaning for the entire space of my 1600 sq ft townhouse. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get into the Dyson family of vacuums!

Love the ease of using this vacuum and how lightweight it is, but disappointed that the battery doesn't stay charged long enough, only about 20 minutes, and it takes too long to charge back up.

Vaccum is slick. Suction is great with exception of certain carpets. If you use the big rotatin brush it will gwt stuck. If you use the smaller brush for pet hair and what not it works fine.

Second dyson. As usual, easy to use (good weight). My husband likes using the other attachments, including one with a brush that he uses to clean off the tips of baseboards.
