Worst Customer Service – Dishonest and Unhelpful!

Worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with! I ordered an Xbox game and confirmed all the details before purchasing to avoid any issues. When I received it, there was no code included as expected. I contacted multiple departments, getting bounced around with no resolution. Finally, they told me to return the product, which I did. Then they sent it back to me, claiming it was unreturnable! On top of that, they initially told me to open the entire package to check for the code, but later used that as an excuse to deny my return. The entire experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time. Best Buy does not care about its customers and refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere to avoid this nightmare!

Non working disc

It goes to home screen after 1 min of loading the game. Tried uninstalling and doesnt work still. I went to Bestbuy after trying all this and they said we dont take if the plastic cover is open and wont replace, but during purchase they said we can replace if something is wrong with disc. Noone mention about plastic cover not to be opened(although wouldn’t have faced issue if i dont open it in first place) -__-

She is very upset because it will not (Not sure what the right term) download/upload. She is 8 years old and plays on the all-star team. It gets to 53% and quit.

Average soccer game
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This game has it's issues and glitches as any other game on the market, this game's modes are great it offers a lot of variety and single player content, unfortunately the gameplay fails to deliver it has not improved at all for many years now, and this game freezes everytime I press the home button on my Xbox series X controller after I finish a match and also the screen goes black for no reason every now and then, this game had the potential to be the greatest soccer game of all time but sadly it felt short, overall it's an average game it definitely needs a much needed improvement on its gameplay.
