I purchased an EchoMaster rear view mirror backup camera from Best Buy, and had them install it on a 2009 Toyota Highlander. It works very well - clear picture and shows a large area behind the vehicle. Wish I had it before I backed into a tree, which required replacing the bumper.

This camera does the job I wanted. It looks like it was factory installed.

Installation was quick and easy. The back up camera works great!

Lost stock reading light but can live without them. Image in mirror is opposite but it can be corrected. Video is easily seen except in bring daylight. Grid lines are positioned to my rear tires on my Vette.

This back up camera/mirror combo works extremely well. The image presented on the mirror is very clear even at night. It is a an ingenious idea and has helped my girlfriend park in places otherwise inaccessible to her. (She is terrible at backing up)

We got the camera over a year ago now and it's been great. It stopped working temporarily but we brought it back to Best Buy and they fixed it without issue. I got it for my son's car because the back windows of his car are so dark and I was concerned about him backing into something or someone.

I needed a back-up camera but don't have a screen to project the picture. This is a great alternative. The picture appears in my rear-view mirror when I put the car in reverse. It is clear and provides an exceptional view to the rear of the car. It was professionally installed by Geek Squad and they did an excellent job. Very satisfied with this product.

I needed a backup camera and did not want to spend a ton of money or have a major install, this camera fit that perfectly. The field of view is great, the picture is good and the install (by BB) was quick. I'm satisfied and would buy again if / when needed

Works good once you learn how to look at it. you have to focus on that part of mirror or you will see mirror image not camera image. If you have it install make sure to tell them you do not want reverse image.

THIS IS THE MOST FOR UR MONEY. I RESEARCHED ALL THE BACKUP CAMERAS THAT BEST BUY SOLD AND THIS ONE IS THE BEST AND MOST FOR UR MONEY. IT IS PRICEY BUT U GET EVERYTHING THAT U NEED TO HAVE A BACKUP CAMERA AND REAR VIEW MIRROR THAT HAS A 4.3 DISPLAY WHEN THE BACKUP CAMERA IS ACTIVATED AND WHEN UR CAMERA IS NOT ACTIVIE THEN IT IS A REGULAR REAR VIEW MIRROR.

When you see the demo in the store, the image is sharp and bright. Once installed in your car, it works dependably except the image is washed out by the ambient sunlight. To see it you need to make sure your head is right in front of the mirror. This serves to block out some of the light from the back window. The image is still sharp though washed out by the mirrored image from behind. I installed a shade screen in the rear window to decrease the sunlight coming through. A tinted window should also help. Bottom line - it does let you see the rear camera view though I wish it was a bit less washed out. May just be a problem using a mirror for a monitor.

camera was installed fast and the tech called me as soon as it was done. The camera was what was needed because of the blind spot my car has. It took a little getting used to but i am glad to have it and i got both the camera and the installation on sale.

Works well, clear picture as long as I’m not wearing my sunglasses. I Wish I could adjust the brightness. Planning on buying one for my son too

I like this camera a lot and it works great. I do seem to have trouble with it shaking while I’m on the highway despite it being tightened repeatedly. We emailed the company but they had no answers to fix this problem.

Good product. If it's too sunny, the view is hard to see in the mirror but most of the time, the picture is pretty clear. Certainly better than not having a backup mirror.

I had this system installed in both vehicles and it has been very helpful. I'm always concerned about small children and pets running behind me while backing up, and I really like to know I'm not too close to something behind me when I park. No more worries!

My truck did not have a backup camera which became evident that I needed one to help me see what was behind me. The cost to have the ford dealer install it was very high. This was the perfect solution to my problem. It also allowed me to back in to parking spaces using the color lines on the screen.
