Purchased this for my 2000 Grand Cherokee. So far works great. Good picture quality and clarity. Great camera for the price. Would definitely recommend.

I had to return this backup camara because it wasn't compatible with my car. Installing the rearview mirror would have meant losing my bluetooth.

Backing up out of a tight and darknparking has never been easier. This back up camera helps me a lot coz i always have trouble in backing up. Clear image. I just wish the angle is a little wider.

I was worried this camera wasn’t going to work very well but it turned out better than I thought. Very clear view. Thanks Best Buy for helping me choose the right camera for my needs. The best purchase I have ever made.

Tech help was so-so. Instructions next to worthless. Had to buy relay from auto parts store, can't figure out why company didn't include relay with kit or have them available for order.

I wasn't sure if an add-on system would really meet my needs, but it did! I got it after having a tiny mishap while backing out of my tight garage space with a wall on one side and posts behind me. The view and navigation lines are very clear, and I can now easily pull out without the back and forth and the worry. Great product and installation at Best Buy -at a great price! Also, it is one of the few systems with a dimming rear view mirror. On one occasion, when the sun was glaring from behind, the picture seemed foggy, but moving the angle of my rear view mirror fixed it. I then just readjusted the mirror when going forward. This is a worthwhile safety device that everyone without one should consider.

It was suggested by your installer to look at this product. He was familuar with it and said it would fit my needs. He was right and did an excellent job on the install. He is alone back there and your staff kept stopping him with their questions on other products.

Overall, it's a good field of view. You can see a large angle, and won't miss a thing. However, being that it's an LCD behind a mirror - during the day, and depending on how "bright" sunlight is, you may have a hard time seeing the camera display unless you re-align the mirror to a darker background. Also, the camera by the plate gets easily moved when going through an auto car wash, so you'll have to readjust accordingly after. Other than this, B+ from me! For what I paid with installation - it's still way cheaper than another product.

First I got the less expensive brand but bob told me to get this one ifs more fit to my car and yes it did look really factory and clear camera and no more worries of backing up and hitting my car or what is behind

The camara adapted to night's vision is a feature that allows you to se clearly such a awesome product this iabthe second time that i buy this camera

This rear view mirror back-up camera kit is worth every penny. The rear-view mirror has an OEM look and feel and the picture quality of the camera is very sharp and clear. I'm happy with my purchase.

The screen size and quality of video is good, although glare does hamper an otherwise good product. I strongly recommend having Best Buy do the install.

Picked up 2 of these for my 2014 Fusion, and the wifes 2013 Fusion. Did all the installation myself. Wasn't hard at all. This is a great camera, and the video on the mirror is excellent.

Camera was easy to install and the new mirror fit perfectly. The image is fine for the price I paid. Using 2 months with no problems.

Picture from backup camera is good however the camera moves every time I open my back door of the jeep maybe the install was not so good

Glare in bright sunlight can be a problem. Mount became loose causing vibration and required a return to the Best Buy installer. Otherwise, we are happy with the product.

I like the camera but sometimes I have to tilt the mirror down to see the screen because of the reflection from the back window.

So with social media being so easily available you would think the manufacturer would be able to post a how to video for installation, virtually no installation instructions. Once I figured it out, it's pretty simple. Past that, I got it installed and the image is backwards. Called the manufacturer but since Best Buy has a two week return policy, I had to remove it from my vehicle and pay to send it to the factory for a new one. It's been since the beginning of June and no mirror yet. I will say customer support is super helpful. They are busy but they say to leave a call back number and actually called back within a reasonable amount of time. I had to call them four different times and each time they called me back. From what I saw, the image was good. A side note, once I got home from purchasing it, I noticed the box had been opened so this may be a return and the malfunctioning mirror is on Best Buy. During this rating I was forced to choose to recommend or not so I selected no simply because I don't have a working mirror.
