Wish I had read reviews first. Only purchased because recommended by store employee. Only plays first 10 seconds of each song.

I have MP3 players over 5 years old that work better than this. It collects dust. Very user UNfriendly.

Battery life advertised as 8 hours but dies after 2.5 hours with full charge.

Had to return this mp3 player, as it would not function at all straight out of the package.

MP3 players are outdated not a good buy, smartphones can do more stuff

Not the greatest not even for the money and I bought on sale.

I bought this in June of 2014 and it has already started malfunctioning. The battery life all of a sudden went down to less than 20 minutes, the buttons seem to be stuck as they just keep scrolling when I've stopped and it selects what it wants to. It also stopped reading the music on my SD card. I was very disappointed as I was on a very long flight.

We purchased this for my 8-year-old son for a birthday present. First, it was extremely difficult to load files onto the device. I could not transfer any music from my itunes account or from my daughter's generic MP3 player. Second, it no longer holds a battery charge. My son had been complaining about it since June - after less than 2 months of use - and I thought he was just leaving it "on" all the time. He wasn't. It is the device - it simply doesn't hold a charge and is a waste of money. Best Buy won't take it back and I am trying to contact Eclipse to return it to them by mail. Plan to go with a different brand entirely - but really feel bad that we purchased this poor, poor product for my son.

I just spent 40 minutes between waiting on hold and finally speaking to a customer service rep about the second Eclipse 180 Pro player. The first one stopped "seeing" the MP3 files after two weeks and wouldn't play. I received an RMA and shipped it back. After nearly a month, I called to be told it was going out "tomorrow". I finally received the new one and this time, the lithium ion battery would not charge. I have just been sent another RMA and again, I will have to pay to send it back, wait a month, cross my fingers and hope the third one will work as promised. I only wish I had returned it to Best Buy in time.

I do not recommend this for anyone, broke on me in less than a month I am a athlete I go to the gym 5 days a week minimum and this mp3 player is garbage. Doesn't turn on anymore, it bugs out, my computer doesn't detect it (tried it on 2 different computers). It wiped all my music and photos, EVERYTHING and it doesn't have its manufactor files anymore, its basically a dumb mp3 player that isn't compatible with its own software. Please do not buy this product and save your money!

I purchased this item but had to return it. Its specifications state that the battery life is "up to eight hours". However, the actual life was much lower. Less than two hours after being fully charged, the battery was almost depleted. If you need your MP3 player to last more than a couple of hours between charges. beware of the Eclipse 180Pro.

I had to buy an mp3 player for my son's OT pillow to play music throughout the night, This mp3 play was the right price and easy to use. It has a ton of other functions (camera, video, etc.) that I don't use, but still nice. Only wish the battery life was longer.

It came on but can't navigate or adjust volume. Buttons stiff, no instructions. Walmart tell your buyer not to purchase anymore.

Bought this for my daughter as Christmas gift. Months later, it wont hold a charge. Save your money and buy something else.

Well you load it up and put it on shuffle, and it plays the exact same shuffle each time you turn it on. So if you drive 15 minutes a day, even if you have 1000 songs on it, it will play the same ones every time. JUNK!!!

Cons: - No external volume button (you have to change the volume in the menu) - No memory. When you turn the MP3 Player off, it will always make you start playing music from your library at the beginning. It won't remember what song you were on or continue where you left off. - Extremely short battery life. This is listed for 8 hours, I got 6.5 on a full charge - that is less than a full day at work! Most other MP3 players in this price range are listed at 25 hours. - Uploading music will change the order they are in (alphabetically). It does not matter what order you want it saved. - Sound quality is "Fair". It is not that great, but as expected for a $30 player. Pros: - Has a little camera?

won't play while charging, difficult operational buttons, no won't even turn on.

This is recommended for music listeners, my kid enjoying with this. It has both video and Audio capability.

Didn't like the overall item. FM Radio function sucks.

Sleek and durable. Very user friendly. Bought for my mom works out.
