I wanted to get an internet-connected thermostat for my house (and was excited Mass has a $100 discount). I picked EcoBee over Nest because I wanted the remote thermostat in my master where our dog stays when we are at work. I also didn't think I needed a "learning" thermostat, since our schedule does not need a complex algorithm to know what I want. I can just change it before heading home. I have loved the product. Integrated it with Alexa (Amazon Echo), Siri (iPhone), and IFTTT.

i'm so glad i switched to this kind of thermostat. it's so convenient to program the settings and have access to your stat anytime. and now that you can connect it to google home is even better!

I just moved into a new home and changed out the thermostats for these. They work on homes with multiple thermostats and zones. The best feature I found on the unit was that is informed me that the furnace was not responding to the units calls for heat. The house was warm but I was unaware that the HVAC was running on Auxiliary Heat. I called a service man and found out that the HVAC unit was installed in correctly. The EcoBee found the problem before it became catastrophic.

It works as advertised I have had no issues, it was easy to set up and learn to use. You won't regret your purchase.

The product has delivered in everyway. Very easy to setup and use you phone app. So far it seems to be saving is 10% on our electric bill. Sleek design and our son loves checking the weather in the morning on it.

A little tricky to install but once that was over it worked great.

I bought this to replace my alarm's thermostat because I still wanted the ability to control my thermostat from my phone. I chose this over the Nest because of the extra sensor, my bedroom is on the north side of my house and it stays colder and I loved the idea of having an additional data point for the thermostat. I was able to install on my own. Works great and more importantly works with Alexa...just remember what you name the thermostat when setting it up.

How did I survive without this before I bought it, I couldn't tell you as I had to do my round-kicks while either sweating profusely or shivering uncontrollably. Then when I would try to disco dance, my disco ball would overheat because I couldn't keep the temperature controlled. Well, not anymore thanks to this baby!

This thermostat is the best one I've ever owned. I have a dual climate home, so I have two ecobee3's paired with multiple additional sensors. It keeps the house temperature right where it needs to be. In addition, it connects with Amazon Echo for voice control of the thermostats as well. One of the best features is an IQ dashboard allowing the view of indoor vs outdoor temp, humidity levels and a match up of when and how long the furnace/air ran for. Love this thermostat.

The Ecobee3 met all of the expectations that I had for a WiFi Smart thermostat. Installation was a breeze, and configuration was straight-forward. The capability to add multiple sensors to monitor different rooms is what sets this thermostat apart from all the others. This feature is not a gimmick. It works as advertised, and accomplishes exactly what I needed a thermostat to be able to do in my home. The SCE and SoCal Gas incentive wasn't bad either.

I bought this thermastat so I could control our heating bill better. I have enjoyed using the Mobile app and website. They work great with adjusting the temperature while on vacation or just checking the status of the house. I am also pleased the thermastat controls my humidifier on my furnace. We also like that there are sensors so you can control the heating in multiple rooms. I have been raving about this product to all of my friends and coworkers.

smooth installation, looks great. IOS app works well including Apple Watch, and Alexa integration is a plus!

I love the thermostat and the wireless connectivity. I bought this over the Nest because of the sensors that go in different rooms but they have limited range. Overall happy, but wish the sensors were better. Recommend but only based on thermostat, not on sensors.

1st one worked for a few weeks & then broke, not turning on the auxiliary heat on a cold night. The 2nd one seems to be working great & I enjoy being able to better control the temperature in the house

This little Love is the best. we have a large home and we used to hate getting out of the bed to change the thermostat. with this little love we can use our phone to change the temperature and turn off the AC while in bed and. I love that we can set a schedule for her each day. we have the sensors in other rooms and they all work just as advertised. I've recommended this to so many people I know and those that purchased it also love it.

I purchased this to replace a really old thermostat that was causing us issues. It took about 15 minutest to setup. After it completed it's update and calibration we set the schedule and temperature that we wanted and the house is the perfect temperature with no intervention from us. It also informed us of a problem with the AC. We were able to get a repairman out and fix the issue before it caused us a huge amount of money.

3 Ecobee's are installed and are helping me to control and monitor my energy use for HVAC. Does a great job with simple gas furnace as well as a heat pump system with dual auxiliary heaters.

Great thermostat. Easy to self-install - even when you dont have the coveted "c" circuit on your system. Blows my old Nest out of the water due to the wireless sensors. My Thermo is located in a hallway that runs a lot hotter than the rest of the house. Being able to regulate my homes HVAC usage based on the other rooms i actually care about, is fantastic and saves me money. I also like the look of the ecobee on the wall

Bought a another one for upstairs. Need I say more? If you have multiple room I would recommend buying additional sensors. Great product. Nest cannot compare to the awesomeness of Ecobee.
