While all of the reviews would have already told you this is a great product, there was one feature we did not know about. We went on vacation, and realized that EcoBee will not only tell you the temp and conditions, but also if your house has been occupied. Luckily the "stranger" in the house was just my mom coming in to water the plants (thanks Mom)! Don't get me wrong, it isn't a security system, but it was a nice feature. As the thermostat, it is FAR more accurate than the last digital we had, and we are very pleased.

This thing is incredible. I love being able to control my A/C and heat from my phone, and be able to monitor it from anywhere.

So I tried to set this up on my first floor. Had it all set and then called support when it would not go on. Come to find out, after AWESOME tech support, I did not have enough wires. So I went to the second floor! After 30min conversation with ecobee support(AWESOME!!) it was up and running! And it works PERFECTLY! I have already noticed that it is more accurate than the thermostat that I replaced!! I know I am good no to save money with this! Once I run new wire set to first floor I am DEFINITELY GETTING ANOTHER ONE!!!

Super easy to use and program. A lot of different options to personalize your house temp to your needs. Well worth the money.

Working as advertised. Just takes some time to get it set right with All Things and Alexa so times are working the way I want.

Note that you can install this without using a computer at all... But it seems like Simplisafe recommends using a computer. I followed the directions and it kept hanging up. Fortunately, I also had access to a Wndows machine and it ran on that flawlessly. Once set up it is everything I expected and hoped for.

I have a hot bedroom... it faces the sun and has a few too many windows. It was always hot and I'd wake up every morning so annoyed. So I did my research and the Ecobee3 stood out. Mainly due to supporting sensors that you can place in common rooms. So I figured I'd try it out, and after 1 month in I would never go back. It's awesome! Keeps my room nice and cool and all it's other features make it even great! Love the HomeKit support! I highly recommend and I already have gotten my friend to buy 1 for his house.

Works great. It is great to be able to control it by my phone. The extra senor comes in handy for areas in other parts of the house.

Great thermostat! At first I was hesitant to purchase a smart thermostat, but decided to go forgot and don't regret it. A must own!

It was easy to install and setup. The remote sensor improved the comfort of our upstairs, especially at night for sleeping.

Connected this to our Samsung SmartThings hub and havent looked back. Scheduling and rules are very easy to automate.

I love this thermostat! I can easily change my temp using Siri or the app whether I'm home or on the go. It works perfectly.

The install was super easy and the mobile app and homekit integration are great. The nest looks better but I think the ecobee is a better product. My only complaint is the screen is plastic and I already see some small scratches on it
