    The Nest is the most well known smart thermometer, but after some online research, I decided to go with the ecobee, since it had all of the features of the Nest, but you could setup multiple sensors in multiple rooms in your house, so the thermometer is not dependant on the temperature in the hallway. It's Homekit, SmartThings and Amazon Echo compatible.

    I'm loving our new thermostat. We have had it about 3 weeks now and it has worked flawlessly. There is a lot of customization and with a couple extra sensors, it works great for getting the temperature right depending what room of the house we are in. The data it reports is also a great feature and I'm looking forward to digging into it more soon.

    Great thermostat - easy to program and very easy to set up and control with iPhone. No need to manually switch between AC and heat as just have to program temperatures for each and it does the rest. My thermostat location is in a hall the does not portray the temperature of the house and the remote sensor does a great job correcting this.
