It's quite expensive but we love it. Love that fact that we can control it straight from our phone.

This thermostat is great. I was having problems at night where my thermostat would read the temperature from the dining room and our bedroom was getting too warm. The Ecobee is great because you can set it to only read the temperature from the included sensor.

This is the best thermostat out there. I bought 4 extra sensors for mine. The one thing I will say is that the scheduling could be a bit confusing but the customer service is great. So any problems they usually get back to you immediatly.

I was really excited to find a thermostat that not only offered Geo-fencing but also had remote sensors for our two story condo. PRO: The remote sensors work really well in keeping our 2nd floor temperature regulated while the main thermostat is on the 1st floor. CON: Geo-fencing was advertised as supported on the box and I did not realize until after setting the thermostat up that it was offered through a 3rd party app IFTTT.

the additional remote thermostats made an upper level of the house functional again. we tell it to average temps across the 3 rooms and ignore the hallway (where the only original temp monitoring was) and now the whole upper level stays pleasant. well worth it.

Thermostat was easy to install by following the provided instructions even though I had to run an additional line to provide power to the unit. It made it convenient that they supplied the necessary extra parts for the various installation scenarios.

I setup this thermostat in my home and I'm so glad I didn't go with Nest. The ability to ask Siri to change the temperature is awesome and a great party trick that has made my friends jealous. If you use Apple products this will be a great addition to your home.

After looking at the Nest I decided the flexibility provided by the Ecobee 3's remote sensor was worth the shot. I'm glad I did! The Ecobee's features are great and the remote sensor stays where our family spends the most time - the den, not the hallway.

I purchased the Ecobee because it works with both HomeKit and Alexa. I do not have an Echo, but I do have an iPhone. Overall I think it works great. I love being able to swipe up from the bottom of my phone or telling Siri to change the temperature.

This thermostat is pretty amazing. Our original was in a poor spot in the house but with the Ecobee we disabled that location and used the supplied remote sensor in a more central room to control the thermostat for the entire house. Pretty incredible!

Everything came with the ecobee. The PEK was awesome and helped me use this on an atleast 30-40 year old (if it aint broke dont fix it) system. Love the schedule and the remote sensors (got 2 more for a total of 3). Love the follow me mode and IQ.

The ecobee is exactly what it says it is. It actually helps keep other rooms cool with the help of its mobile thermostat. Being able to control from your phone is really quick and simple. Setting schedules is easy and hopefully will save money in the long run.

My old house had the nest, so I bought the ecobee with the new house. I like the touch screen. The extra remote monitoring is a plus, i keep it in my daughter nursery. The only con is It's a little plasticy and doesnt have the premium feel of the nest.

After having both a Nest thermostat downstairs and Ecobee upstairs and testing the two for over a year to see which I liked more, the Ecobee came out on top. It has an overall better user experience and it's integration with Siri helped my decision.

Easy to install lots of flexibility programmable from anywhere in the world. I am going to buy another form my heat pump on the second floor. The remote sensor works great. It really controls the temperature in the room where your located. Love it

Best thermostat around. Able to control temp from anywhere. Tracks humidity. Expandable so you can add accessories for it to control. My only complaint would be the cost of the extra sensors. Every additional sensor is like 37.50. Starts to add up.

This thermostat is awesome. Much better than Nest. It does everything Nest does but when incorporate with the individual room sense which Nest doesn't offer your house never has a warm or cold spot again. Great product! Works with Amazon Echo too!

I love this thing. It included a link to verify if my house hold wireing would support it. It's learning our patterns. When we deviate from our pattern we can access it from our iPhones. Lastly, the satalite thermostats really works for us

I bought this instead of the Nest because of the HomeKit capability and the wireless sensors. It's nice to program the thermostat to only measure the temperature at certain locations. I can yell at Siri to turn off the unit and she'll do it!
