I love being able to control it while I travel, since I tend to forget to set it "vacation" mode before I leave.

UI and mobile app feel a little clunky for something at this price range. Claim Alexa compatibility, but could never get that working. Sometimes seems to have a mind of its own.

Love this Thermostat - install can be bit tricky but their support is great and very helpful - so overall a great product

This is a great unit if you travel frequently. If you stay at home, not so much. There are many features that are very tech heavy, but not always very practical. My favorite feature is password protecting the temperature settings.

This is a great thermostat! I absolutely love the wifi capability that allows me to adjust the thermostat from my phone!

This isn't perfect but it's definitely a solid product. I purchased this because the Nest didn't offer HomeKit. I'm sure there'll be some other thermostats coming out soon that support HomeKit but for now this will do just fine.

Ecobee was easy to set up, gives me better access to my HVAC system, and saves me money on my bills. Great product.

Really good choice. The option to be completely lazy and tell my voice activated bridge that "It's hot in here" and have the thermostat adjust itself? That's really sweet. Easy to install. The support has been stellar.

I really like this thermostat. I can change the settings when I'm away from home. Also has the different room sensors.

Great thermostat,little complicated at the beginning but once you understand you will be fine ,tech support is great

I got this product on sale during the thanks giving. Cannot ask for a better one. saving me so much on my bills.

Purchase two for first and second floor, easy to install and very convinent with remote control from phone.

Horrible customer service. Ecobee3 constantly overshoot the temperature. If the temp is set to 70, the thermostat won't stop the heat until the temp reaches 72 or 73. Not what you would expect from a $250 thermostat. My older $30 thermostat does much better job than this one. Also there is no way to tell which sensor the thermostat is reading. The manual says it averages the temperature among all the sensors which kills the whole purpose of a remote sensor. Called customer service few times but a rude lady always answers and gives out no information at all. Even emailing the customer service won't get any response. Very unhappy

Really good!! lucky for me i can return it and get the ecobee 4 has saved a lot of money with this so far.

Great smart thermostat, could use an app overhaul. Unable to change all settings from the app, but I guess that's not terrible. The remote sensor temperature is a little buried to read the temp but it does work.

This thermostat does one thing the the nest does not allow wireless room sensors which is a huge plus for me

I've only installed it a month or so ago, which by the way was super easy, but I haven't noticed or benefited from it's features yet. So far I'm not impressed.

love the many features easy to install very modern design IQ helps save energy and money reminds you if the temperature in the room is to hot or cold good quality I highly recommend this thermostat !!!!!!!

I love the ability to set a schedule to cool the house or warm it up. We can already see the savings
