LOVING this smart thermostat. Relatively easy to install, Good tech support, really like being able to control it from my computer, iPhone or iPad. Really like the fact you can have extra remote sensors that allow you to control the temp. in rooms rather then in the hall next to the HAVC unit.

I love the ecobee thermostat especially the built in Alexa capability. It has two sensors included to detect if there occupancy in the home. Very easy to install. Highly recommended if you want to use voice control to set specific temperature.

I got this due to the old one not working anymore. Installed and setup so that it can be timed, daily program, and set while away. Plus the second sensor allows you monitor different rooms. Best of all is the rebate given by our electric company so check with your local power company

Integrates well into Apple HomeKit, looks good, inexpensive. This is a life changing device. Soooo useful. Go get one! The sensors are really useful too for keeping the house temperature consistent, or for only heating the rooms you're in (with the follow me setting).

It works with Alexa and makes the thermostat EASY! My wife loves it asks Alexa to change temp and she does!!!!

I have had this for almost a year. It allows me to save money by easily controlling the temperature. I am able to check and control the temp from anywhere using my phone. It even told me when my air conditioning was not working and I was away. Great product. Well worth it.

Ecobee4 is exactly what's advertised plus more. Best Wi-Fi Thermostat I have purchased. Highly recommended.

I was very leary about purchasing a smart thermostat. My furnace did not have a common ground wire and after reading the Ecobee reviews I decided to take the plunge since it ships with adapter. In less than 30 minutes I had it installed and running. I couldn't imagine going back to a normal thermostat.

It works well for what we needed and pretty east to set up.

This is a nice thermostat. The installation wasn't too bad. It works really well and has a good app. The Alexa is annoying if you have multiple ones because it picks up anything you say to the other one from far away. That can be turned off though so I still recommend this.

They have good instruction. I did have to call support line. They were able to get me up and running

Love this device. So easy to install and when I made a sill6 error and couldn’t figure it out the person on the phone stayed on and then, when their phones closed at midnight he continued to work with me until we found the problem!

From the design of the packaging to opening to the overall product I have been pleased. Installation was a breeze. Even if you are not technical you can install this thermostat. Step by step walk through(common since instructions) App a works seamless. Thermostat response time is awesome.

Still putting it through the paces. Have to link it to Alexa (1 week now)... But, the use is easy and app simple to navigate. Though .. I had help from a certified electrician because I have an older home and furnace. Newer homes might be easier to Install.

Overall, the EcoBee4 has a lot of "power" with the ability toset schedules, but they really need to work on the software to make the geofencing and schedules work better. Also, the Smart Home away feature needs some work because mine keeps activating when only a cat is home. The cosmetics are fantastic, but the software needs a little work.
