Started with the nest (I have two thermostat's) and they worked ok but didn't work well with my smartthings or keen smart vents. The Ecobee work flawlessly with them and bonus, has Alexa built in. This is the one to buy.

Once I got the air-handler wires and connections straightened out installation was a breeze. As soon as the wires were connected and the unit attached it said "HI" and step by step walked me through the simple setup.

Great addition to my whole home system. Had them installed and glad I did because they work flawlessly. Use for Temp, Music, Weather and anything else that pops into my head. Love have the information just a question away.

Good size screen. Interface both on unit and mobile app are very good. Weather forecast display is a bonus.

We absolutely love our Ecobee 4! The speaker is louder than expected.

The Ecobee systems have been easy to setup and monitor. After a firmware update, I was easily able to add other smart sensors to help monitor and maintain temp in other rooms throughout our home base on occupancy.

We are so pleased with our new thermostat. The cell phone app is nice to control when not at home. We replaced an old thermostat and the digital face pops on the wall.

Eco bee 4 with apple HomeKit and integration with Alexa is awesome.

The tool, thus far, has already made me happy with its commercial-grade functionality. While you can set all kinds of schedules like older t-stats do, there really is no need. Love that I no longer have to go switching between heat and cool modes. Excited to see how it works over the next several months. BTW, you do NOT have to activate Alexa if you do not want to. You just simply don't associate your Amazon account with the Ecobee registration. I mention this because it isn't quite clear anywhere else. Would be nice to have the "Alexa" i.e., voice command function built in without having to connect it to an Internet account.

I hated to manually go and change the temperature everytime. This makes it so easy. Can schedule it to heat by the time we reach home. The sensors help a lot in making sure that the upstairs doesnt get too hot.. Worth the money.

I like having control of my house temperature while being away.

Used two of these to replace two Nest Gen 2 thermostats in the house. The addition of room sensors and built in Alexa assistant are awesome, and the app is simple and easy to use. These are the best smart thermostats around!

Though the website states the product is compatible with my furnace, it is not and after numerous attempts to contact customer service the final solution was to purchase additional equipment! The product is very nice, IF you system is compatible, that is why the review is only 2 stars.

Bought this on sale which made it a great value. Easy to install and set-up. Remote access is a nice feature. Use geofencing to override "Away" setting in case we are not near one of the sensors.

Loving this product. Was a little worried about installing it myself but a tech guy made sure everything went smoothly. The only thing I don’t like it that I can’t connect it with my echo dots to play music. It’s either playing from dots or just the thermostat.

This was easy to install. Easy to use. I don't like that you can't connect a Bluetooth device to it because now I have two Alexa's in my living room- the thermostat and my Echo so that I can play music louder with the echo.

I got this because the Ecobee 4 has an additional temp sensor that I can put upstairs to monitor temperatures. It’s been able to help keep the whole house in an even temperature. Money well spent.

We are enjoying our shiny new toy. Haven't used all the features yet but like the weather info Alexa provides. Alexa certainly not as robust as Siri (a lot of questions Alexa can't answer). Easy to use by just dragging your finger to raise or lower temperature. Easy to use interface.
