I bought this for my son-in-law and ordered it online from Best Buy. The purchase came on time and in great shape with the best price in town.

I always hear about Nest but wasnt familiar with Ecobee until a friend told me they compared both and they went with Ecobee. Once I started looking I made the same decision. I needed the package with the sensor and was able to get it on special price - so was really happy. Easy to setup and use. Hoping it will pay for itself down the road.

This is our second round of Ecobee thermostats. Our last house came with them and when we sold the house we didn’t have replacement thermostats on hand to take the Ecos with us. Bought a pair at Best Buy to install in our new house and have kept the originals so we can take these when that time comes. Great product

Very simple to use and program. Love the ability to adjust from smartphone. Great item.

Ecobee is much better than the others. It can work with other ecobee’s and works with Alexa and Google Home. The app is also easy to use.

We've been going back & forth between the Nest & Ecobee. After doing much research & price comparison, the Ecobee4 with the remote thermostat was the winner. We couldn't be happier with the way it performs. Whether were in or living room, bedroom or wherever, the temperature is always perfect when we use the remote thermostat.

E4 has evolved past the Nest products (voice commands and remote temperature sensors) but has managed to stay at the right price poimy.

The Ecobee 4 has all the features you would want in a connected thermostat. You can control it from anywhere with an intuitive interface. It also controls humidifiers or dehumidifiers connected to the furnace. It detects occupancy and serves as a convenient Alexa location.

Bought this for the multiple room sensors and Apple home kit interface The setup could be a bit better but after everything was set up it worked great Works like a charm when I leave the house it shuts off when I come home it turns on when I go to the bedroom it sets the temp to what I want to sleep to and keeps it that way all night Really great

Good vehicle to enter 21st century! Looking forward to energy bill savings. Highly recommended by my HVAC technician who has one also.

The thermostat itself is a great smart home solution with remote sensors. But add Alexa and you have a hidden assistant. Works great.

The install can be tricky depending on your existing thermostat and equipment (several calls to customer service.) Support team is dedicated and knowledgeable about most scenarios, my setup stumped them and I had to consult an HVAC guy but they hung in there with me over several days. Since I got it working the Ecobee has been a dream, exactly what I was looking for. Hardware and app have performed flawlessly. The install cost it a star.

Thermostat was very easy to install. I like having the added sensor. I like that it qualifies for rebate from some energy providers.

I have bought these for my restaurants and it makes life so much easier to manage! Ecobee has another version, specific for commercial HVAC units, and it wasn't until Ecobee 4 was made available that I could control them. There are two Ecobee apps available, this one is a lot easier to use! Thanks Ecobee!

The installation was quite easy, as well as the setup. The extra sensor comes in handy to help balance out the temperature throughout the house. The smart away feature is a great idea to automatically save energy when not at home. Alexa responds well and is quite entertaining. I am anxious to see the impact on my electric/gas bills.

Considering I got this on sale and had a rebate from my provider it is a great addition to my home. Love the features and the ability to have remote sensors in any room. Like the looks of the nest better but this feature set has more to offer and still looks decent. It is nice to have Alexa built in since I don't have an echo or dot etc.
