Has wiggle room of 5 degrees versus 2 degrees that are on most units but the family doesn't seem to mind. It does help save money. Best part is it can be changed from your cell phone or tablet.

I've dealt with a lot of customer service reps over the years, Ecobee's customer service is above everyone, other companies should get the CS blue print from them.

I previously had a nest. I only upgraded for the HomeKit compatibility, although I’m very disappointed to see that the thermostat never shows the accurate temperature in the house and will run the air conditioner longer than it should. Or not turn on at all.
