Thermostat works great, though there is a bit of a learning curve when setting up and figuring out use and other settings.

My previous thermostat (ecobee3) lasted for 6 years...we had to have our AC guy come out a couple times to make sure the issue with heating our house was due to the thermostat (and not the equipment)...this has worked fine for the last 8 months

We installed 5 new thermostats and are very happy with the quality of the product.

Good and smooth product. A bit confused to setup with the jumper wire box. Could use better tutorial instruction

Overall the Ecobee thermostats and sensors work very well and worth the money. However they lack adequate instructions requiring multiple calls/chats to answer questions and resolve. The sensors came with wall mounts. I put up the wall mount the sensor just falls off. I have three wall mounts and all had the same issue. Frustrating.

Great product for those in the apple eco system using Apple home. I really like that you can set schedules but wish the endhanced model would have included at least one temperature sensor because thermostat location does not allow for very accurate temperature take.

This was a great purchase, and addition to my Smart Home system. It uses significantly less energy and the technology knows when we are home to bring house to desired temps.

A worthy addition to the ecobee line. Has all the features I want none of the ones I don't need.

If you were thinking about purchasing a smart thermostat, this is the one!  I love that you can use it on all platforms such as Siri, Alexa and Google.  you can tell your phone to start cooling your house on the way from work.

Works as advertised. If you do not have a common wire be prepared to play with the wiring in your furnace. You will need to disconnect the wiring in the furnace and use the converter provided.

Bought it for my parents as they wanted to control temp by phone. They love it and like how the temp number is big easy to see

New home and thus new smart devices added and this thermostat is an upgrade to my original Eco bee that was becoming a bit outdated. This one really simplifies controlling my air within my home and has an added feature of Amazon Alexa built in.

This thermostat has been a game changer for my electric bill. Being able to control it while at work or on vacation has helped so much. Paired with the smart sensors i am able to monitor every room in my home!

The ac installing people said they have a hard time with the Google Nest. This seems to be a better altrnative, the company is nice and ethical too. I am happy with my purchase

It works with an electric baseboard heater. 2 wire setup. Just had to buy the extra attachment for the power to ecobee.

This product can be synced with Alexa so that you can have the temperature changed when you are in another room.

Works efficiently. Rebate makes it cost effective.

Love this thermostat! I love that it integrates with our home kit app. Very responsive and we haven’t had a single complaint!
