    Looks nice on the wall, user interface has you do a lot in order to make the changes you want. I would they this is a high end model with lots of customizable options and settings.

    This is the second Ecobee I have had to replace was recommended by contractor to get brand and have considered going back to Honeywell products. The first ecobee I bought stopped sending signals to the unit blew a fuse and then tripped the Contactor on the unit and then the thermostat stopped working completely just went black had to replace all three things. Bought another ecobee and same issue after 9 months thermostat stops sending signals to the unit have to bypass the thermostat to get AC unit running. Love the vacation and scheduling features but hate the fact that it has caused so much issues with my unit in a span of 2 years
