Good but not great at holding the temperature and the setting. Seems to be off about 2 degrees

I bought this to integrate with my smart home. I previously had a nest. I only upgraded for the HomeKit compatibility, although I’m very disappointed to see that the thermostat never shows the accurate temperature in the house and will run the air conditioner longer than it should. Or not turn on at all.

Easy to install and setup. The whole process was a breeze.

Great user interface, but confusing settings and inconsistent feeling adjustments. I’d get another cheaper option than this, maybe different brand too. We only got this one because our HVAC person told us to

I wished I had the bought the one with the sensor , definitely would have helped with the humidity index, but I am very satisfied with this and has many options and schedule to allow you to customise your device to your every home need

Has paid for its self when enrolled with consumers energy and rebates applied.

Overall the Ecobee thermostats and sensors work very well and worth the money. However they lack adequate instructions requiring multiple calls/chats to answer questions and resolve. The sensors came with wall mounts. I put up the wall mount the sensor just falls off. I have three wall mounts and all had the same issue. Frustrating.

My previous thermostat (ecobee3) lasted for 6 years...we had to have our AC guy come out a couple times to make sure the issue with heating our house was due to the thermostat (and not the equipment)...this has worked fine for the last 8 months

Great product for those in the apple eco system using Apple home. I really like that you can set schedules but wish the endhanced model would have included at least one temperature sensor because thermostat location does not allow for very accurate temperature take.

If you were thinking about purchasing a smart thermostat, this is the one!  I love that you can use it on all platforms such as Siri, Alexa and Google.  you can tell your phone to start cooling your house on the way from work.

This was a great purchase, and addition to my Smart Home system. It uses significantly less energy and the technology knows when we are home to bring house to desired temps.

Good and smooth product. A bit confused to setup with the jumper wire box. Could use better tutorial instruction

A worthy addition to the ecobee line. Has all the features I want none of the ones I don't need.

Works as advertised. If you do not have a common wire be prepared to play with the wiring in your furnace. You will need to disconnect the wiring in the furnace and use the converter provided.

New home and thus new smart devices added and this thermostat is an upgrade to my original Eco bee that was becoming a bit outdated. This one really simplifies controlling my air within my home and has an added feature of Amazon Alexa built in.

Bought it for my parents as they wanted to control temp by phone. They love it and like how the temp number is big easy to see
