Install wasn't too difficult. Smart Away feature is nice. Would be 5 stars but only lets you schedule in half hour increments. Even if you schedule for 4:45 Ecobee resets to 4:30 or 5:00. Annoying but good product overall.

Love this ecobee thermostat. I came from using nest for 4 years and the only 2 differences is the size/shape of the thermostat and the automatic scheduling nest does. But outside of those two things, you will love it. I think the ecobee is easier to use and the thermostat is great for those who has issues with the common wire.

I purchased the Ecobee thermostat about 6 weeks ago to replace an old Honeywell thermostat that went bad. So far I've been very pleased. I like the Alexa integration. The controls on the unit and the Ecobee app are very easy to use. I had an HVAC technician install the unit. Once installed, it only took me about 20 minutes to program the thermostat.

We decided to upgrade from the original Ecobee and have been really impressed with these since we installed them. (Note: We have two units and a couple of rooms which need the Lil’ Bee, so the combo pack was a steal!) The installation process is easy and the box quite literally comes with everything you need.

I was very frustrated to find out I had to buy a high end Thermostat in order to handle some features that my unit had, but the features and ease of use of this thermostat has made I very much worth it. I set the remote sensor by my bed and it uses that sensor during sleeping hours to ensure it stays the temp I want where I want it.

Super cool smart thermostat. I purchased for its connection to Apple HomeKit, but it definitely stands on its own and does not need to be connected to Apple to work. The app is pretty cool and I can change the temperature from my bed or anywhere in or out of the house.

Bought two of these to replace nest thermostats. One for upstairs and one for downstairs. We had the nest for almost 2 1/2 years and although they looked beautiful they failed. The upstairs was controlling a heat pump split ac system. It started causing the compressor to kick on and off rapidly. AC tech came out trouble shot it and showed me what it was doing. He said they get more calls about Nest thermostats then any other. The downstairs one controlled a package unit that we bought in the fall of 2020. The Nest thermostat started running the ac for extended periods of time and then would shut off the compressor and just blow air. We would have to completely shut down the system and wait an hour to restart for the ac to blow cold again. AC tech came out again and tested everything, once again it was the Nest that had gone bad. Anyway, I bought the Ecobee's from Best Buy and installed myself. Super easy and the interface on the app is great. The secondary sensor really does help balance the cooling in the home. AC Tech recommended the Ecobee and he said they give the least amount of trouble.

liked the app and wifi access. Make sure this is compatible with your ac unit as it may not be able to properly work with all configurations

I bought this to integrate a central humidifier without having a separate controller. Works well and I like the vacation scheduling feature!

Nice smart thermostat with voice control and nice to set room temperatures with sensors. Multiple sensor can be configured and can be used to set room temps. And easily configurable and easy to use with ecobee app. Love the thermostat

I like the color and style. Also, the ability to control everything from my phone and to run my Alexa capable devices without taking counter space.

Excellent for our desired purposes. Attractive unit we might have wished was available in White. We expect it to serve our needs for a long time.

I don’t need to get out of bed to adjust the temperature. Like that it has built in Alexa. Kind of easy to install, I was just paranoid with the whole wires, didn’t want to get electrocuted.

Easily programmable with a big dislay It came recommended by our Heating and Cooling guy preferring it over the Nest. I haven't enabled the Alexa voice part as I have it already programmed. Peace of mind being able to check on it when on vacation. More options than the standard thermometer.

The thermostat is great but it looks like the one we received was in a box that had already been opened! There was tape on the surface but no plastic protective cover. Very disappointing.

I definitely like having smart home. Had to read alot of things through the web to get this thermostat done. My only take is that the temp was fluctuating +/- 2 degrees. Like i had another thermostat next to this ecobee, which shows difference of 2 degrees. Sometimes it goes up or down, while the other thermostat is stable. Otherwise looks good in shape, responds well as Alexa spot, and had clear instructions on installation

Overall okay. Work with app. I recommend to purchase.
