My Ecobee was easy to hook up. And has been learning my routine when I wake up or when I come home from work, And I like when it lights up in the middle of the nite when I get up and walk by it. It tells you inside and out side temperature. Great purchase...

Glad I made this purchase. I also received a rebate from my local utility company. Easy to use and definitely worth the price. My prior thermostat was starting to fail as the furnace wasn't turning on. Very simple to install if you follow the instructions.

Very good at being a thermostat with lots of options. A Nest is probably better at big data features, it’s made by Google after all, but the Ecobee does a better job at being a thermostat. Many of the smart features are the same so no difference there.

Easy set up, Alexa control is great as well. Much needed upgrade from old thermostat.

Easy to use and setup schedules. We had some issues with the actual installation (on my end, not Ecobee’s) and the customer service tech was so patient and so helpful!! Can’t wait to see my bills go down with being able to control the Ecobee from anywhere

I have 2 zones (upstairs and downstairs. They give me excellent control and programming capability.

The sensors work well and help turn off the AC when we aren't home. The alexa function works well.

Couldn't be more pleased. Love all the features this thermostat offers. The smart sensor is great in averaging the temps throughout the house. With the built in alexa function you can control the thermostat with your voice. You won't be disappointed.

I couldn’t install the thermostat. I had a professional come out to install who was on the phone with Ecobee for almost an hour after he couldn’t get it to work. Eventually it was determined that it would not work because voltage reading from the thermostat was 28.4 and the Ecobee could only handle 24 volts. My electrician (and his boss) said thermostats commonly read over 24 volts so they aren’t sure why they made it to not handle higher voltage.

Expensive, but worth it. Great control of the A/C from the touch of my phone. Keeps good stats on its use. Works great with Alexa.

Not a huge fan of Alexa being in the thermometer since i have another in the room. It keeps a red light on when you have Alexa muted.

Very easy to install, good instructions. But I am still trying to figure how to setup to work the way I need it to work. The instructions are inadequate

So easy to use and the app works flawlessly. New Eco features rolled out late 2020 and we have found them useful. The inclusion of a remote smart sensor really made this package stand out for the price. Easy to setup as well if you are a proficient DIY.

I opted for this smart thermostat because of its ease of use and the ability to adjust easily or with the help of Alexa. If you are looking for a smart thermostat, do your research to see what works best for your smart home.

I absolutely love the ecobee smart thermostat. I have two of them in my vacation home so I’m able to monitor the temperature and adjust it before we arrive. I now also use them with the haven smart sensors, which doubles as sort of an alarm system.

Simple, easy, install adding so much value to my current HVAC system. it is a great addition to my smart home upgrades. It really does a great job and decreasing your usage by encouraging economical use.

Great functionality and convenience! It’s really handy with 2 small kids too.

We recently replaced our furnace and decided to upgrade the thermostat and cannot be happier with the ecobee. My wife is not technical at all and finds this to be easy to use and loves the Alexa integration.
